本発明は制御盤などに取付けて用いられるタイ

電源用プリント配線板1と制御用プリント配線板
2との電気接続や制御用プリント配線板2とタイ
マ機構部品3との電気接続は、第1図に示される
ように中継リード線15を用いて行なつており、
中継リード線15の配線に手間が非常にかかり、

機構部品3の端子部8を中間プリント配線板5に
穿孔した嵌合孔9に嵌合固着して中間プリント配
線板5に形成した回路で制御用プリント配線板2
とタイマ機構部品3とを電気的に接続せしめて成
ることを特徴とするもので、かかる構成により上
記目的を達成したものであつて、以下本発明を実
施例によつて詳述する。

第3図は本発明の一実施例を示すもので、電源

を略平行に上下に配してその一方の端部間にカバ
ー4を他方の端部間にベース用プリント配線板1
6を設けた端子台11をそれぞれ取付けて本体を
形成するようにした構成は第1図のものと同じで
ある。そして第3図中5は中間プリント配線板
で、その上下端に嵌合突片7が突設してあり、こ
の中間プリント配線板5を上下の電源用プリント
配線板1と制御用プリント配線板2との間に配設
して両プリント配線板1,2に形成した嵌合孔6
に嵌合突片7を嵌合せしめて半田付けすることに
より、中間プリント配線板5に形成した回路を嵌
合突片7と嵌合孔6との接触を介して電源用プリ
ント配線板1や制御用プリント配線板2に形成し
た回路に導通させ、電源用プリント配線板1と制
御用プリント配線板2とを電気的に接続させるも
のである。そしてカバー4にはタイマー機構部品
3として7セグメントに配列された発光ダイオー
ドで形成される経過表示器12と、時間レンジ設
定用スイツチ17と、時間設定用デジタルスイツ
チ18と、一対の動作モード設定スイツチ19と
が設けてある。第3図に示す実施例では時間レン
ジ設定用ならびに動作モード設定スイツチ17,
19としては、第5図に示すような回転ドラム2
1と固定子22とで形成したものを用いてある。
このものは特願昭57−113054号などで詳細に説明
されているように、円柱状の回転ドラム21の一
方の端面に導電性金属板で形成した回転子23を
固定し、この回転子23が接触できる位置に電極
パターン24を形成した固定子22を配置して構
成されるもので、固定子22はプリント配線板を
用いて形成され、その電極パターン24は回転ド
ラム21に挿通された回転軸25を中心とする同
心円上に適宜形成される。回転ドラム7周面には
周方向に沿つて上記電極パターン24に対応して
モード名26が記入されている。そして回転ドラ
ム21の他方の端部にはモード名26と対応して
回転ドラム21を回転動作させるための凹所27
が形成してあり、回転ドラム21を回すことによ
つてモードの切換えが行なわれるようにしたもの
である。この各タイマー機構部品3の端子部8を
中間プリント配線板5に施した嵌合孔9に嵌合し
て半田付けすることにより、中間プリント配線板
5に形成した回路を端子部8と嵌合孔9との接触
によつてタイマー機構部品3に導通させ、中間プ
リント配線板5を介して制御用プリント配線板2
に形成した回路とタイマー機構部品3とを電気的
に接続するものである。尚、第3図の実施例では
タイマー機構部品3のうち経過表示器12はその
端子部8を直接制御用プリント配線板2に接触さ
せて電気的接続を行なうようにしてある。また第
4図において28は動作モード設定スイツチ1
7,19の操作釦、29は時間レンジ設定用デジ

の手間を要することなく生産性高く安価にかつ誤
配線のおそれがなく組立てを行なうことができる
ものである。
