[0005] A vibration isolating material is attached to the front peripheral edge of the fan section, and a vibration isolating material is attached to a protrusion protruding from the rear surface of the electric blower, so that a front support wall portion protruding inside the electric blower chamber is installed. The structure is such that the front part of the fan part is supported through the vibration isolating material, and the protruding part of the electric part is supported through the vibration isolating material by the rear support wall part formed protruding into the electric blower chamber.

Then, by driving the electric blower, dust and air are sucked into the dust collection chamber through the suction port, and the filtered air is sucked in from the front intake side of the electric blower through the dust collection chamber, and then the dust is sucked into the dust collection chamber from the rear exhaust side. It is discharged into the room and exhausted to the outside from an exhaust port through a hole provided in a part of the rear support wall.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, in conventional vacuum cleaners, the air discharged into the electric blower room from the rear exhaust side of the electric blower is discharged into the air path from the exhaust port to the outside. Since the rear support wall is present and the area of the exhaust air passage is regulated by the rear support wall, the exhaust resistance is large, which is a factor that reduces the air intake and exhaust efficiency of the vacuum cleaner.

Furthermore, because the distance between the rear surface of the electric blower and the rear support wall is narrow or they are in close contact with each other, it is difficult for the heat generated by the operation of the electric blower to escape from the rear surface of the electric blower. Parts can easily become hot. especially,
If the electric blower heats up abnormally during abnormal operation when something sticks to the suction port and air cannot be sucked in, the rear support wall may become thermally deformed.

Furthermore, since the fan rotates at high speed, noise is generated due to friction with the air. This noise exits into the electric blower room through the fan cover that covers the fan, rides on the exhaust air discharged from the rear exhaust side of the electric blower, and leaks from the exhaust port.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it reduces exhaust resistance and improves intake and exhaust efficiency, and also improves heat dissipation of the rear surface of an electric blower.
An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner in which noise generated by rotation of a fan is prevented from leaking outside through an exhaust port.

[Operation] According to the invention of claim 1, the electric blower housed in the electric blower chamber of the vacuum cleaner main body has the front and rear parts of the fan section interposed between the front support wall part and the rear support wall of the vacuum cleaner main body through the vibration isolating material. The motorized part projects into the electric blower room without being supported. Therefore, there are no walls inside the electric blower room between the rear exhaust side of the electric blower and the exhaust port, increasing the area of the exhaust air path, reducing exhaust resistance, and improving the vacuum cleaner's air intake and exhaust efficiency. do. Further, heat generated in the electric part of the electric blower is efficiently released into the electric blower room.

[0015] In the invention of claim 2, in the invention of claim 1, the rear support wall portion covers substantially the entire rear surface of the fan portion of the electric blower via the vibration isolating material, so that the noise generated by the rotation of the fan is reduced. This reduces the amount of electric blower that is transmitted into the room and leaks outside through the exhaust port.

Then, by operating the electric blower 31, dust is sucked together with air from the hose connected to the suction port 21 and the suction port at the end of the hose, and the dust is captured in the dust collection bag 23 of the dust collection chamber 13. The air filtered by the dust collection bag 23 is sucked into the electric blower 31 through the auxiliary filter 24 and the grid holes 11. In the electric blower 31, the air sucked in from the suction port 35 by the high speed rotation of the fan is discharged from the outer periphery of the fan into the electric part 33, cools the electric part 33, and flows out from the discharge port 37 into the electric blower chamber 14. Furthermore, the air flowing out into the electric blower room 14 is filtered through a filter 7.
3. After the sound is muffled by hitting the muffling section 74 through the vent 72, it is exhausted to the outside from the exhaust ports 15 above and below the muffling section 74.

According to the invention of claim 1, the fan section of the electric blower housed in the electric blower chamber of the vacuum cleaner body is provided with a vibration isolating material that covers at least the front edge and the rear edge. The front and rear parts of the fan unit are supported by the front support wall and rear support wall provided in the room via vibration isolating material, so there is no need to support the electric part of the electric blower that protrudes into the room. , there are no walls inside the electric blower room between the rear exhaust side of the electric blower and the exhaust port, making the area of the exhaust air passage larger than before, reducing exhaust resistance, and improving the air intake and exhaust of the vacuum cleaner. Efficiency can be improved. Moreover, the heat generated in the electric part of the electric blower can be efficiently released into the electric blower room, and overheating of the electric part can be reliably prevented.
