側の開口部分に弁座を形成し、弁体が弁座に着座
して弁口を塞ぎ、弁座から離れて弁口を開くよう
に弁口の弁室側に弁体を配置し、弁体に弁棒を一
体に加工し、弁棒の弁体側部分に弁棒が弁座方向
へ直線運動する案内として移動支持部材を取付け
その外周部分は弁室の内周壁に添つて移動し、弁
室内の出口側の部分に固定支持部材を取付けてそ
の中央に弁棒案内孔を設け該案内孔に弁棒の下端
を嵌め合せ、弁棒の周りに100℃以上で変態す
る形状記憶合金でコイル状に作つた温度応動素子
の両端を移動支持部材と固定支持部材の両支持部
材に固定して配置し、温度応動素子が弁室内の流
体の温度に応じて変態し弁体を駆動し、所定温度
以上になると弁体を弁座に着座又は離間させて弁
