ぞれのダイアフアムをロツドで連結することによ
つて、交互に吸込・吐出を行わせ、常時、吸込・
吐出を行う複式のダイアフラムポンプにおいて、
前記ロツドを支持する本体の両端部分に軸受けを
設けて、該ロツドの両端を支持し、両軸受間の中
央部に、ロツドの作動にともなつてパイロツトエ
アーの流路を切換える手段を設けてなり、該切換
手段は、本体側の中央に開口する導入口とその両
側に開口する供給口を、ロツドの移動により導入
口といずれか一方の供給口が交互に連通するよう
にしたとを特徴とするパイロツトエアー式切換弁
をもつダイアフラムポンプ。 ２ 作動流体圧をダイアフラムで受け、ポンプ作
動を行うダイアフラムポンプを両側に設け、それ
ぞれのダイアフラムをロツドで連結することによ
