Industrial Application Field The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet for preventing condensation. More specifically, the present invention relates to a condensation-preventing waterproof sheet formed by coating and laminating a water-absorbing resin layer on at least one side of a fiber-based cloth waterproof sheet on which a thermoplastic resin coating layer is formed. Conventional technology Conventionally, waterproof sheets used for truck tarpaulins, cargo sheets, tent fabrics, etc. have been made of cotton canvas treated with paraffin and metal soaps to make them waterproof, but their strength is relatively weak. It had the disadvantage of being made of thick material to ensure strength, making it heavier. For this reason, base fabrics made of synthetic fibers and their blends and weaves, which are strong, durable, and lightweight, have come to be widely used. However, cotton canvas is breathable and swells when it absorbs water, which has the advantage of preventing condensation and water leakage caused by water association, condensation, etc., whereas cotton canvas has the advantage of preventing water leakage, etc. Tarpaulin sheets are inherently hydrophobic and have poor water swelling properties, so they are ineffective in this respect. Therefore, in order to obtain a waterproof sheet that does not allow water to pass through, it is necessary to form an impermeable film on one or both sides of the base fabric. When used outdoors, such as outdoors, moisture and air cannot pass through, and the temperature difference between inside and outside air can cause internal stuffiness, moisture condensation, or agglomeration, resulting in dew condensation. It often happens that these particles fall onto other products or stored products, lowering the value of the product in some cases, and an improvement is desperately needed. Problems to be solved by new ideas For this reason, in a waterproof sheet using a synthetic resin base fabric, in order to make the waterproof coating water-absorbing and to have the coating retain water-swelling function, for example,
As in No. 54586, a waterproof sheet has been proposed in which a water-insoluble water-absorbing substance is contained in the coating of the waterproof sheet, which is formed by forming a coating made of synthetic resin, rubber, etc. on one or both sides of a hydrophobic fiber base fabric. . In the above proposal, the film contains a water-insoluble water-absorbing substance. As a result, water is absorbed into the water-absorbing material, and the material swells to close the pores, thereby preventing water leakage and preventing the formation of condensed water. However, in the case of a waterproof sheet obtained by immersing it in a processing liquid containing vinyl chloride resin as its main component, the water-absorbing substance is not necessarily uniformly dispersed in the coating layer, and the water-absorbing substance is not always continuous in its arrangement. In addition, even if the water-absorbing substance present on the surface of the coating can be expected to have water-absorbing ability, it has the disadvantage that it cannot perform its original function inside the coating. In addition, methods have been proposed in which a processing fluid containing a thermoplastic resin as a main component is mixed with a surfactant, but the effectiveness may deteriorate over time under conditions such as outdoor exposure. There are significant drawbacks. Means to Solve the Problems As a result of various studies in order to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have found that the conditions under which waterproof sheets are placed have a large difference in the temperature and temperature of outdoor exposure, and there are a wide variety of conditions. We have discovered that a waterproof sheet that can prevent condensation can be obtained by coating the inner surface of a synthetic fiber-based waterproof sheet with a water-absorbing resin layer of a desired amount, and have arrived at the present invention. did. The present invention provides an anti-condensation waterproof sheet made by laminating a fiber-based waterproof sheet formed with a coating layer made of thermoplastic resin and coated with a water-absorbing resin layer having a water-absorbing capacity of at least 5 times its own weight on at least one side. This is what we provide. Examples of the fiber base fabric used in the present invention include base fabrics made of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, and vinylon, and fabrics made of blends and weaves of these and natural fibers such as cotton. Further, as the thermoplastic resin used in the present invention, known thermoplastic resins including vinyl chloride resin can be used. These resins can be formed by calendering, laminating, coating, dipping, or other known methods. Next, the water-absorbing material is water-insoluble and has a water-absorbing capacity of at least 5 times or more, preferably 50 times or more, than the weight of the water-absorbing material, and specifically, a vinyl alcohol/acrylate copolymer. , self-crosslinked alkali metal acrylate polymer, polyacrylic acid/diacrylate copolymer, crosslinked polyacrylamide, crosslinked polyethylene oxide, saponified vinyl acetate/methyl acrylate copolymer, starch/acrylonitrile, acrylamide,
Examples include methyl acrylate, graft copolymers of acrylic acid, and the like. Further, the amount of the water-absorbing resin adhered is suitably 0.5 g/m 2 to 600 g/m 2 , preferably 1 g/m 2 to 30 g/m 2 . In the anti-condensation waterproof sheet according to the present invention, even before and after the internal moisture reaches the resin coating layer on the surface of the base fabric, which is mainly made of impermeable synthetic fibers, It is blocked by the thermoplastic resin coating layer on the surface of the base fabric and retained by the water-absorbing resin layer, thereby preventing dew condensation. Moreover, the resin layer having a relatively thin thickness and a desired amount of adhesion can exhibit an effect of preventing dew condensation. Furthermore, if necessary, a water-absorbing resin layer can be coated and laminated not only on one side but also on both sides of the waterproof sheet, and used as desired depending on performance, location, etc. EXAMPLE The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional perspective view showing one embodiment of the condensation-preventing waterproof sheet according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment. Example 1 A waterproof sheet 1 was used, in which polyester fiber canvas greige was used as the base fabric 2, and vinyl chloride paste resin was used to process the resin in a conventional manner to form a coating layer 3 made of thermoplastic resin. Applying a water-absorbing resin processing liquid consisting of a mixture to one side of the waterproof sheet 1 by a coating method,
A water absorbent resin layer 4 was formed. Water-absorbing resin (Sumikagel SP-520, manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical) 10wt% Binder (urethane type EX-4515M manufactured by Meisei Chemical) 60wt% Toluene 30wt% In this case, the application amount is 50g/ m2 , and then
It was dried at 150°C for 2 minutes. Next, the obtained waterproof sheet was evaluated and measured for its dew condensation prevention effect. As a comparative example, a polyester fiber greige base fabric processed with vinyl chloride resin by a conventional method was used. The measurement method was a humidifier (manufactured by Toshiba, humidifier KA-509,
The state of condensation was evaluated by forcibly spraying water droplets onto the surfaces of both canvases using an ultrasonic device. The results are shown in Table 1.

[Table] From the results shown in Table 1 above, it is clear that the canvas sheet according to the present invention is superior in the dew condensation prevention effect compared to the conventional canvas. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of a waterproof sheet in which both sides are coated with water-absorbing resin layers. Effects of the invention According to the invention, even in the case of an impermeable waterproof sheet in which a coating layer is formed on a fiber base fabric mainly composed of synthetic fibers, a water-absorbing resin layer of a desired thickness is coated and laminated on the inner surface. This action can prevent water droplets from falling due to condensation, association, etc., as well as condensation caused by severe temperature differences when exposed outdoors. In addition, the waterproof sheet of the present invention can be easily obtained by coating and laminating the resin layer with a desired amount of adhesion, and the amount of adhesion is small, so the processing method is simple and economical. It also has great advantages. Therefore, it is extremely useful for use in transportation canopies, storage canopies, simple warehouses, etc.
