Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve reliability of switching by providing a groove on a switch base board to heighten an oil holding effect and to suppress wear-out at the sliding time of the switch base board with a contact brush. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin 1 able to be plated, after a projection part matching a conductive pattern is formed thereon, sandwichedly embedded by a synthetic resin unable to be plated by a double color molding, and the surface of the exposed projection part is plated with a conductive metal to form a conductive pattern. In the face of a synthetic resin 2 unable to be plated, a groove 3 is peripherally of fragmentarily provided near the conductive pattern on the non-sliding part of a contact brush. Oil is applied to such switch substrate and oil is accumulated in a groove. Good conductive metal plating 7 is formed on the platable synthetic resin 1, and lublicating oil 6 is applied to the groove 3 provided on the unplatable synthetic resin 2, and the contact brush 5 is in contact with the good conductive metal plating 7 in a state where the lublicating oil 6 flows out from the groove to the surface of the switch base board.

However, the rotary switch boards used for detecting the position of the type wheel in printers and the number of rotations in counting machines are subject to significant wear of the contact brushes and switch boards during high-speed rotation (several thousand revolutions), resulting in chattering and other problems. Poor continuity becomes a problem. In addition, even if oil is applied to the switch board, the high-speed rotation causes the oil to scatter, making it impossible to obtain a sufficient lubrication effect.
The present invention has been made to solve these drawbacks, and its purpose is to improve the switching reliability of the switch board.

[Embodiment] As an embodiment of the present invention, a rotary switch board used for detecting the position of a type wheel in a printer, detecting the number of revolutions in a counter, etc. will be explained. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 0 shows a disk-shaped switch board made of a synthetic resin 1 with plating and a synthetic resin 2 without plating. 4 is the center hole of the switch board. The synthetic resin to be plated is formed to match the conductive pattern 1.

The synthetic resin 1 to be plated is formed with a protrusion corresponding to the conductive pattern, and then buried in a sandwich-like manner with a non-plated synthetic resin by two-color molding, and the exposed protrusion surface is plated with a highly conductive metal. Form a conductive pattern.

On the unplated surface of the synthetic resin 2, grooves 3 are provided in the non-sliding portion of the contact brush in the vicinity of the conductive pattern in the form of a circumference or a fragment. The switch board is coated with oil, and the oil is collected in the groove. Even when the switch board rotates at high speed, the oil on the surface of the switch board can be prevented from scattering outside the switch board due to centrifugal force, and the oil flowing out from the grooves can be continuously supplied to the contact brush sliding surface.
