能となる虞があり、これを防止するために例えば
上記の公報に記載あるような一方の定規構成板に
支軸を中心とする円弧状の長孔を設けると共に他
方の定規構成板にこの長孔に嵌合、摺動自在なボ
ルトを植設し且つこのボルトをナツトによつて固
定可能とした各定規構成板の回転止め機構などを

部3と、上側円板2の上面に突設された丸孔1と

部の内周を切除して形成された同リング状突縁4
内周面にリング状段部5と、リング状軸部3の上
面に其の鉤部7が放射方向に向くようにして立設
され且つ当該鉤部7を上記のリング状段部5に滑
動自在に係合された多数本の鉤状係止腕6と鉤状
係止腕6により囲縁された空間に挿入されたくつ
わ型部材8と、くつわ型部材8の上側縁の外周に
設けられた先端が放射方向に向く多数枚の翼状片
9と同じくくつわ型部材8の下側縁に設けられた
鉤部11が放射方向に向く多数本の鉤状係止脚1
0とを有し、くつわ型部材8の翼状片9をリング
状突縁4の上面に同じく鉤状係止脚10の鉤部1

周面にリング状段部5を形成し、また上記のリン
グ状軸部3の上面に多数本の鉤状係止腕6を其の
鉤部7が放射方向に向くようにして一体に立設
し、これ等鉤状係止腕6の鉤部7を上記のリング
状段部5に滑動自在に係合させて軸部3を丸孔1
より抜出しないようにし、更に鉤状係止腕6によ
り囲縁された空間に硬質プラスチツク製くつわ型
部材8を挿入して当該くつわ型部材8の外周面で
鉤部7を仰止すると共にこのくつわ型部材8の上
側縁の外周に先端が放射方向に向く多数枚の翼状
片9を同じく下側縁に鉤部11が放射方向に向く
多数本の鉤状係止脚10を夫々一体に設けて翼状
片9をリング状突縁4の上面に同じく鉤状係止脚
10の鉤部11を下方丸孔1の切縁部の下面に
夫々滑動自在に係合させ、また上記の上側円板2
および下側円板2′の外周に左右定規構成板12,
12′を同外周の接線と平行な向きとして一体に
突設し、これ等左右定規構成板12,12′の上
面同士および下面同士を同一平面とし同じく内側
辺13,13′を上記の接線と平行する丸孔1,
1′の中心線上とし同じく基端辺14,14′を同
接線と直交する丸孔1,1′の中心線上とすると
共に当該左右定規構成板12,12′の内側縁お
よび外側縁の上面に寸法目盛15,15′を、ま
た上記の上側円板2の外周縁の上面にくつわ型部
材8の十文字個所の交点16を中心とする角度目
盛17を夫々刻設し、更に同上側円板2から延設
された左側定規構成板12の内側縁部に多数個の
小孔18を所定の間隔おきの一列に開設し、また
下側円板2′から延設された右側定規構成12の
内側縁の基端に上記の角度目盛17の指標19を

以外に前記公知のものにおけるような両者の擺開
角度保持機構をこれに付加するようなことを必要
とせず、本考案はこれらによつて前記の問題点を
充分に解決することができる効果を奏するもので
