Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the washing capability of a continuous washing machine by causing a drum to rotate more than one turn, in addition to the oscillating motion thereof within the predetermined angular range, when the drum rotates in a direction not to shift a wash, and dropping the wash after scooping with the rear side of a scoop. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous washing machine having a scoop 14 for shifting a wash 21 to an adjacent drum during the normal rotation of a drum 11 while not shifting the wash 21 during the reverse rotation, even when the wash 21 is scooped, the drum 11 repeats oscillating rotation for the predetermined time in both normal and reverse directions at a phase angle (450 degrees or less) outside the range of shifting the wash 21. Thereafter, the wash 21 is shifted to an adjacent drum via a carrying process. In addition to the process of the oscillating rotation, a process is provided for causing the rotation of the drum 11, for example, by 660 degrees in a reverse direction. In this case, the wash 21 is lifted with a beater 31 and subjected to a rotating squeezing and rinsing process. Then, the wash 21 is scooped with the rear side of the scoop 14 up to the high position of the drum 11, and dropped for beating washing. All the foregoing processes are repeated before finishing a washing process.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, if the washing object is massaged only by the oscillating motion of the drum, the mechanical action exerted on the washing object is small, and it is difficult to wash the object with a large degree of dirt. The drawback was that it couldn't be washed properly. In addition, in the washing method where the drum is repeatedly lifted and dropped on the back of a transfer scoop, the drum rotates in a fixed direction, which causes the items to be washed to become twisted and tangled, making it difficult to loosen them in subsequent processes. This resulted in the need for a large number of manpower. The present invention has been proposed to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the present invention provides a drum having an inlet and an outlet for washing items at both ends thereof, a partition plate that divides the inside of the drum, and a partition plate that divides the inside of the drum into sections to be washed. A device for scooping up and transferring objects, a supply device for supplying washing water, rinsing water, etc. into the drum, and a drainage section for discharging the washing water, rinsing water, etc. in the drum to the outside,
In a continuous water washing machine, the laundry is sequentially transferred from the input port to the output port, and washing water, rinsing water, etc. are passed through the washing machine to continuously wash, rinse, etc. the drum. a rotational movement without movement of less than 450° in the direction;
In addition to the above-mentioned rocking angle of 450 degrees or less in the rotational direction in which no transfer is performed, a rotational movement of one rotation or more is performed, and this is repeated alternately, so that the washing is carried out by combining the rocking movement and the lifting and falling movement of the object to be washed. It is intended to be used as a means to solve problems.

[Function] When washing in the same tank, in addition to the conventional 270-degree swinging motion of the drum, when the drum rotates in the direction in which no transfer is performed, it performs an additional rotational motion of one or more rotations (360 degrees or more). At this time, lift the item to be washed behind the scoop and then let it fall. By such means, the items to be washed are alternately massaged by the swinging of the drum and beaten by being lifted by the scoop and dropped from a high place.

As described above, the present invention adds a dropping motion from a high position to the conventional scrubbing using a rocking motion to strengthen the scrubbing, thereby increasing the mechanical action and improving the cleaning performance. Also, since the rotation is not in a fixed direction but in a swinging motion, there is no chance of the laundry being tangled.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 4 show embodiments of the present invention. First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 11 is a drum, which is a series of drums that can be separated into individual tanks, or one drum consisting of two or more tanks, each of which is separated by partition plates 30 and 30'. It is made up of things that exist. 14 is a scoop fixed to the drum 11 and the partition plates 30, 30', and when rotated in the normal direction, the item 21 to be washed can be sent to the adjacent tank, and when rotated in the reverse direction, even if the item 21 to be washed is scooped up, other It has a shape that prevents it from being transferred to the tank. A beater 31 is fixed to the drum 11 and the partition plates 30, 30'. In addition, in FIGS. 1 and 2, four beaters 31 are attached on the opposite side of the scoop 14, but they can be attached at any position.
You can also attach any number of them. Further, when the drum 11 rotates, the scoop 14 and the beater 31 rotate as one. Note that the object to be washed 21 exists at the bottom of the drum 11 together with washing water (not shown).

Cleanability can be improved by about 20% compared to the conventional method. This means that the washing time can be shortened compared to conventional machines, and productivity can be improved. In addition, in the case of unidirectional rotation washing, there is a problem that long items such as sheets may become twisted or tangled in the tank, requiring a great deal of manpower to loosen them in the subsequent process. High cleaning efficiency is possible without any tangles.

Claim 1: A drum having an inlet and an outlet for washing items at both ends thereof, a partition plate that divides the inside of the drum, and a device for scooping up and transferring the items to be washed between the sections, The drum is equipped with a supply device that supplies washing water, rinsing water, etc. into the drum, and a drainage section that discharges the washing water, rinsing water, etc. in the drum to the outside, and carries the items to be washed from the input port to the output port. Wash the items to be washed by sequentially transferring them and running washing water, rinsing water, etc.
In a continuous water washer that continuously performs rinsing, etc., the drum is rotated at an angle of 450° or less in the rotational direction in which the drum is transferred, and does not involve any transfer, and at a swing angle of 450° or less in the rotational direction in which the drum is not transferred. In addition, a washing method for a continuous water washer is characterized in that a rotational movement of one or more rotations is performed and this rotation is repeated alternately, and washing is carried out by combining a rocking movement and a lifting and falling movement of the object to be washed.
