[Problem to be solved by the invention] The temperature of the road surfaces such as aprons and runways of airports in the Kanto, Chubu, and Kinki regions can rise to 40°C in the summer and drop to -10°C in the winter. . In the summer, the air above the road surface warms and expands, reducing air density, making aircraft more likely to lose buoyancy. Furthermore, in the winter, the road surface becomes frozen and rough, which can cause damage to the tires, vibration of the aircraft, etc., which is dangerous.

Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. <A> Heat storage water tank As shown in FIG. 1, a heat storage water tank 1 for winter and a heat storage water tank 2 for summer are prepared. Both aquariums are surrounded by insulation material 3
It has a high heat insulation effect. In addition, the capacity of both water tanks shall be large enough to store water for a long-term heat source. It is preferable to configure the water for the heat source so that rainwater can be collected and secured in a water tank. <B> Piping The piping 4 is made of steel pipes, cross-linked polyethylene pipes, etc. buried near the surface of the roadbed 5 at intervals of 200 mm to 300 mm. Then, one end of the pipe 4 is stored in the winter heat storage water tank 1 and the other end is stored in the summer heat storage water tank 2. Also, piping 4
A submersible pump 41 for feeding heat source water into the pipe 4 and a valve 42 for opening and closing the flow path of the pipe 4 are provided near each water tank. <C> Building Heating and Cooling Facility The device of the present invention can also be used for heating and cooling facilities in buildings. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, one end of another pipe 6 is stored in the summer heat storage water tank 2, and the other end is connected to the cooling device 6 in the building.
Further, this cooling device 61 and the valve 42 of the pipe 4 are connected by a pipe 62. Further, a water pump 63 and a valve 64 are provided in the middle of the pipe 6. Similar piping is provided on the winter heat storage water tank 1 side and connected to the heating device 65 in the building. <d> Auxiliary heat source A heat pump system (not shown) may be incorporated as an auxiliary heat source into the winter heating heat source system. During peak heating loads, the temperature of supplied hot water is raised to 40°C or higher. Note that electric power for the heat pump can be obtained by installing a solar power generation device on the roof of an airport building or the like.

[Operation of the present invention] Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained. <A> Road surface cooling effect in the summer In the case of Tokyo, water is passed through the pipe 4 during the four months from June to September when the road surface temperature reaches 35° C. or higher. First, the water pump 4 on the summer heat storage water tank 2 side of the piping 4
1 is activated to move cold water 21 (5°C to 8°C) stored in the summer heat storage water tank 2 into the winter heat storage water tank 1 through the pipe 4. At this time, the cold water 21 in the pipe 4 absorbs the heat of the roadbed 5 and cools the road surface, and the cold water 21 changes to hot water at 35°C to 40°C. Therefore, hot water of 35°C to 40°C is stored in the winter heat storage water tank 1. <B> Road surface heating effect in winter In the winter season, in the case of Tokyo, water is passed through the pipe 4 during the four months from December to March when the road surface temperature falls below 5°C. Stored in the summer as above at 35℃~40℃
℃ warm water 11 is taken out from the winter heat storage water tank 1 by operating the water pump 41, and is moved into the summer heat storage water tank 2 through the pipe 4. Then, due to the heat dissipation effect of the hot water 11 in the pipe 4, the road surface is warmed, and the hot water 11 changes to cold water at 5°C to 8°C. Therefore, summer heat storage water tank 2
Cold water at 5°C to 8°C is stored. <C> Cooling and heating of the building In the summer, the cold water 21 in the summer heat storage water tank 2 is sent through the pipe 6 into the building's cooling device 61, where it can be used as a cooling heat source. The cold water 21 after use joins the pipe 4 through the pipe 62 in a slightly warmed state, and is stored in the winter heat storage water tank 1. Similarly, in the winter, the hot water 11 in the winter heat storage water tank 1 can be sent into the heating device 65 of the building and used there as a heating heat source.

[Effects of the Present Invention] Since the present invention is as explained above, the following effects can be obtained. <A> The present invention can heat and cool the roadbed by absorbing the temperature of the roadbed and repeatedly dissipating the heat. Therefore, only a water pump is required for power, making it extremely low cost. <B> In the summer, the road surface can be cooled with cold water to prevent the road surface from rising in temperature. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the decrease in air density above the road surface and prevent the aircraft from losing its buoyancy. <C> In winter, the road surface can be heated with hot water to prevent the road surface from freezing and becoming rough. Therefore, problems such as damage to aircraft tires and aircraft vibration can be resolved, and safe takeoff and landing can be achieved. <d> It is also possible to heat and cool the building by sending the cold water and hot water in the summer/winter heat storage water tank into the building and using it as a heat source for heating and cooling. <E> The present invention can be widely applied to airports, plazas, large parking lots, roads, etc.
