時間t3だけ遅らせてスチーム室11内の気化されてい
ない水分をすべて気化してからオフにするように制御回
路ブロックにより制御されている。これはスチーム室1
1内に湯垢が付着するのを防止するとともに、防錆効果
と次回使用時の湯玉の飛び出しの防止のためである。発
生したスチームは送風用ファン26によりカバー44内
の底部にまで送られ、ハンガ本体1にセットした衣類に
むらなくいきわたる。このスチームは衣類の生地の起毛
効果があり、また衣類自体の重量との相乗効果によりし
わが取れる。水送り装置10のオフ後即座に温風用ヒー
タ装置28が通電され、これが発熱し始め、温められた
空気が送風用ファン26によってカバー44内に送り出
され、水分を含んだ衣類を乾燥させる。このとき衣類に
付いた水分はカバー44の下方の開口部43より外部へ
吹き出される。そして時間t4 すなわち約30分後に
温風用ヒータ装置28が停止し、その約2分後送風用フ
ァン26が停止して一連のしわ取り乾燥が自動的に終了
する。なお、一連の動作の途中でスイッチ38をオフに
