Claims (1)
に固定された回転円板と、ほゞその中心軸のまわ
りにねじり振動を行ない円形のトラツクを備えた
ほゞわん形状のねじり振動体とから成り、前記回
転円板の最上方部は前記円形のトラツクの面とほ
ぼ同一レベルにあり、前記回転円板の最下方部と
前記ねじり振動体の内周壁部とで形成される空間
内に多量の部品を貯蔵し、前記回転円板の回転に
よる遠心力で部品を前記円形のトラツクの面上へ
転送するようにした部品供給装置において、前記
回転円板の面上に少なくとも一つの半径方向に延
びるブレード状部材を取り付けたことを特徴とす
る部品供給装置。 (2) 前記ブレード状部材の回転方向側の縁部に
回転方向に沿つて下向きのテーパを形成させた請
求項(1)に記載の部品供給装置。 (3) ほゞ円筒形状の回転体と、該回転体内にそ
の最上方部が該回転体の上縁部のレベルにほゞ一
致するように傾斜して配設された円板状の回転円
板と、前記回転体の上縁部に沿つて、整送すべき
頭部と軸部とから成るボルト状部品の前記軸部よ
りは大きいが、前記頭部よりは小さい巾の間隙を
形成するように静止側に固定された弧状の部品懸
吊部材とから成り、前記回転体と前記回転円板と
は独立して同一方向に回転し、前記回転円板上に
収容されたボルト状部品を前記隙間に向つて前記
回転円板の回転による遠心力によつて移動させ、
該回転円板の最上方部で該部品の頭部を受け、前
記回転体の上縁部に沿つて懸吊させた姿勢で搬送
するようにした部品供給装置において、前記回転
円板の面上に少なくとも一つの半径方向に延びる
ブレード状部材を取り付けたことを特徴とする部
品供給装置。 (4) 前記ブレード状部材の回転方向側の縁部に
