(Prior art) In general, a main clutch of a tractor, etc. has a clutch plate that is held in place by spring pressure and maintained in a connected state.
In addition, a clutch is used which releases the clamping of the clutch plate against spring pressure during cutting. On the other hand, the clutch pedal that operates this clutch is
It is pivoted to the vehicle body by a pedal shaft, and elastically supported at a predetermined return position by a return spring.

Therefore, with this type of clutch, when the clutch pedal is depressed when the clutch is disengaged, the pedal is depressed against the return spring, which increases as the operating load of the clutch pedal and also increases the pressure on the clutch side. The spring pressure of is also added to this and gradually increases.

Therefore, there is a method described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 56-73942 that reduces the pressing force of the clutch pedal. This is equipped with a lever that swings in conjunction with the depression of the clutch pedal, a spring receiving member is pivotally connected to this lever, and one end of a connecting rod is fixed to this spring receiving member. A spring receiver washer having a spherical surface that swingably comes into contact with a hole formed in the receiving surface of a spring receiver bolted to the vehicle body is fitted onto the other end side, and the other end of the connecting rod is attached to the spring receiver. A compression coil spring is loosely inserted into the hole in the receiving surface of the receiver, and is fitted on a connecting rod between the spring receiver member and the spring receiver washer. The clutch pedal is biased to switch between the return direction and the depression direction at the line segment connecting the two.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional device, in order to remove the coil spring that biases the clutch pedal to switch between the return direction and the depression direction during maintenance, etc., it is necessary to remove the coil spring that is bolted to the vehicle body. It is necessary to remove the spring holder or remove the pin that pivotally connects the lever and the spring holder member, and to install it, the reverse operation must be performed. The work was tedious and complicated.

(Embodiment) The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a tractor body, which has front wheels 2 and rear wheels 3. 4 is the bonnet, 5 is the steering wheel, 6 is the driver's seat, and 7 is the step. A clutch 8 is installed inside the tractor body 1 to transmit power from the engine to a transmission.
The clutch 8 is designed to clamp the clutch plate with spring pressure when connected, and release the clamp against the spring pressure when disconnected. When the clutch pedal 9 is depressed, the lever 10, clutch rod 11, lever 12, It can be cut via the lever shaft 13 or the like. Clutch pedal 9 and lever 1
0 is the pedal shaft 13 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
The pedal shaft 13 is fixed to a boss portion 14 that is fitted onto the tractor body 1 via a mounting plate 15. The lever 10 is fixed to a boss portion 14 so as to protrude upward, a clutch rod 11 is connected to the middle portion thereof, and a movable spring receiver 16 is fixed to the upper end portion by a bolt 17.
A fixed spring receiver 18 is provided on the mounting plate 15 to face the movable spring receiver 16. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, recesses (spring receivers) 19 and 20 are formed at the opposing ends of the movable spring receiver 16 and the fixed spring receiver 18. Combine 2
The ends of the compression coil spring 23 are received in the recesses 19 and 20 via the coil springs 1 and 22.
3 is interposed between the movable spring receiver 16 and the fixed spring receiver 18. The fixed spring receiver 18 is located in the middle of the swinging range A of the lever 10, and the movable spring receiver 16 is located at the center of the swing range A of the lever 10. When the clutch is at the return position C side, the clutch is in the return direction a, and the clutch is at the disengagement position D.
A coil spring 23 is incorporated so as to switch and bias the clutch pedal 9 in the depression direction b when the clutch pedal 9 is on the side. The engaging bodies 21 and 22 have circumferential grooves 24 and 25 for engagement on the outer periphery, and horizontal through holes 26 and 27 in the center, so that both ends of the coil spring 23 are connected in the longitudinal direction of the coil portion 23a. The bent portion 23b formed by bending the coil portion 23
a through hole 2 to prevent the engaging bodies 21 and 22 from coming out.
6, 27, and the circumferential grooves 24, 25 into the recess 1.
9, 20, and the respective engaging bodies 21, 22 are removably engaged with the respective spring receivers 16, 18. Therefore, by compressing the coil spring 23, the ends of the coil spring 23 are separated from the recesses 19 and 20, and the coil spring 23 is removed.

When the clutch pedal 9 is depressed to disengage the clutch 8, the lever 10 rotates integrally around the pedal shaft 13 in the direction indicated by the arrow b. Then, until the movable spring receiver 16 crosses the line segment B, the user depresses the spring 23 while compressing it, thereby increasing the depressing load. However, when the movable spring receiver 16 crosses the line segment B, the spring 23 switches from the returning direction a to the depressing direction b, so that the spring pressure acts on the clutch pedal 9 in the depressing direction b. Therefore, as the clutch pedal 9 is depressed, the spring pressure on the clutch 8 side tends to gradually increase, but by changing the direction of action of the spring 23 halfway, the force applied to the clutch pedal 9 can be reduced accordingly. can.

If the pressing force on the clutch pedal 9 is released,
The clutch pedal 9 is returned to a position beyond the line segment B by the spring on the clutch 8 side while resisting the spring 23, and then returned to the return position C by the spring 23.

(Effect of the invention) According to the invention, the bent portions 23b, 23b provided at both ends of the compression coil spring 23 are connected to the engaging body 21,
22, and the circumferential groove 2 of each engaging body 21, 22.
4 and 25 are engaged with the recesses 19 and 20 formed in the opposing parts of the levers 10 and 28 and the spring receiver 18, so that the coil spring 23 can be attached and detached very easily simply by compressing it. Further, the bent portions 23b, 23b at both ends of the compression coil spring 23 are bent in the radial direction of the coil portion 23a, and the engaging bodies 21, 22 are fitted into the bent portions 23b, 23b. Even if the levers 10 and 28 swing in conjunction with the depression operation of the clutch pedal 9, the elastic force of the compression coil spring 23 can always be applied in the axial direction of the coil portion 23a.
22 is the recess 1 of the levers 10, 28 and the spring receiver 18;
It will not unexpectedly deviate from 9 or 20. Furthermore, bent portions 23b, 23b of the coil spring 23 are located in the radial direction of the coil portion 23a, and the coil portion 23a
Since the engaging bodies 21 and 22 are prevented from coming off,
With a simple structure, the engaging body 2 is attached to both ends of the coil spring 23.
1, 22 can be attached, and the engaging bodies 21, 22
can be reliably prevented from falling off from the bent portions 23b, 23b. Moreover, the bent portions 23b, 23b are inserted into the respective engaging bodies 21, 22, and the engaging bodies 21, 22 are
Since the circumferential grooves 24 and 25 on the outer periphery of the levers 10 and 28 and the spring receiver 18 are fitted into the recesses 19 and 20 of the levers 10 and 28 and the spring receiver 18, the levers 10 and 28 and the spring receiver 18 have recesses 19 and 20 at their opposite ends. The structure of the levers 10, 28 and the spring receiver 18 can be simplified.
