Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent any unreasonable force to cause a damage of a vane at an outlet from being applied to it. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 9 abutting against an opening edge of a cold air outlet 3 under a rotation of more than a rotating edge on the releasing side of the vane 4 is installed on one side of the vane 4 in parallel with a rotational central line which is made of plastic material and rotatably installed at the cold air outlet 3. In this way, the stopper installed at the vane is made to abut against the opening edge of the cold air outlet, an unreasonable force is supported by the stopper as well as the vane shaft and the supporting shaft so as to prevent the shaft and the supporting shaft from being damaged.

Many of them are equipped with functional parts such as a wind direction plate as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 4229. In some cases, the cold air outlet is separate from the warm air outlet, and is kept closed except during cooling operation. That is, a plastic vane that can be opened and closed is rotatably supported on the cold air outlet. The vanes are opened by a motor during cooling operation, and are swung within a predetermined range by a swinging mechanism if necessary.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional air conditioner configured as described above, the plastic vane has a shaft and shaft support that is the center of rotation, and the vane uses this shaft and shaft support to direct the cold air. Although it is pivotally supported on the rim of the outlet, the shaft and shaft support are not subject to large loads, so the structure is relatively simple and is integrally molded. However, swinging vanes tend to be interesting objects for infants and children, and it is easy for the vanes to be forcibly pushed up beyond the open end of the vane. There was a high probability that the shaft or shaft support on the main body side would be destroyed, or the swing mechanism that moved the vanes would malfunction.

[Function] In the air conditioner according to the present invention, if an inadvertent force is applied to the vane functioning at the cold air outlet to force it to rotate beyond its open rotation end, the stopper will move the edge of the outlet. The stopper and the shaft and shaft support supporting the vane bear the unreasonable force.

[Embodiment] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the entire air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a plan view showing a vane of the air conditioner alone, and Fig. 3 is a left side view of Fig. 2. , Figure 4 is the same as Figure 2
FIG. The air conditioner of this embodiment includes a forced air supply/exhaust type combustor (not shown) using a gas heat source that functions for heating and a heat exchanger (not shown) that functions for cooling in a box-shaped main body 1. The working fluid passage of the cooling heat exchanger is connected to an outdoor unit (not shown) by piping, and is supplied with refrigerant. A hot air outlet 2 is provided at the front of the main body 1, a cold air outlet 3 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the main body 1, and an indoor air intake port is provided at the bottom of the main body 1. Indoor air sucked in from the intake port receives heat from combustion in the combustor during heating and is blown out as warm air into the room from the warm air outlet 2, and during cooling, it is cooled by a cooling heat exchanger and sent to the cold air outlet 3. It is now blown out into the room. The cold air outlet 3 has a rectangular opening on the front side of the top surface of the main body 1, and is shown in FIG.
A vane 4 as shown in is attached. The vane 4 is a lid that closes the cold air outlet 3 when not needed, opens the cold air outlet 3 during cooling operation, and is a functional component that swings within a predetermined range to change the direction of the cold air outlet. A drive motor for moving the vane 4 and a swinging mechanism using a link are incorporated in a vane drive unit mounting space formed continuously next to the cold air outlet 3. Therefore, the cold air outlet 3 appears to be continuous with the inside of the vane drive unit mounting space and opens to the full width of the main body 1, and the vane 4 is also connected to the vane drive unit mounting space together with the actual cold air outlet 3. It is formed to a width that can cover the area. The vane 4 itself is a plastic molded body, and as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the main wing 5
It has a secondary wing 6 parallel to the main wing 5 below, and a shaft/shaft support 7 for rotatably pivoting the vane 4 to the cold air outlet 3 of the main body 1 is integrally molded at both ends of the main wing 5. has been done. The main wing 5 and the secondary wing 6 are connected by a fan-shaped side plate 8 corresponding to the rotation range of the vane 4, and the side plate 8 is the boundary between both sides and the substantial cold air outlet 3 and the vane drive unit installation space. They are formed in three locations. Note that there is no secondary wing 6 in the portion corresponding to the vane drive unit mounting space. A stopper 9 is provided on the side plate 8 at the left end of the vane 4 in the drawing, and extends horizontally in parallel to the center line of rotation of the vane 4. The stopper 9 hits the inside edge of the cold air outlet 3 when the vane 4 rotates beyond the open rotation end. ing. The stopper 9 is composed of a threaded part, and the amount of outward protrusion can be adjusted by adjusting the screw-in depth from the inside of the side plate 8. The vane 4 is attached to the main body 1 side by rotatably mounting each shaft/axis support 7 of the vane 4 to a pivot structure constructed at both ends of the back side of the cold air outlet 3. By connecting a swinging mechanism to the shaft/shaft support 7, the vane 4 can be opened/closed and swung within a predetermined range. When the vane 4 is attached, the stopper 9 is located inside the mouth edge of the cold air outlet 3 and is not visible from the outside.

[0009] In the air conditioner having the above configuration, the vane 4
During heating operation or when the air conditioner is stopped, it is closed as a cover for the cold air outlet 3 to prevent dust from entering. In the cooling operation, it rotates to open the cold air outlet 3, and swings within a predetermined range using the swinging mechanism to change the direction in which the cool air is blown out. When the vane 4 swings normally, the stopper 9 protruding from the side plate 8 does not hit anything. If a child or the like who is interested in the swinging vane 4 puts their hand on the vane 4 and applies a force that forces the vane 4 to rotate beyond the open rotation end of the vane 4, the stopper 9 comes into contact with the inner edge of the cold air outlet 3, and further rotation is prevented by the load on the shaft/spindle support 7 and the pivot structure on the main body 1 side. In other words, if a force is applied inadvertently to pry up the vane 4, both the stopper 9 and the structure around the shaft/shaft support 7 will resist this force, causing the shaft/shaft support 7 to be unable to withstand a large load. This will prevent damage to the surroundings and failure of the swing mechanism.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the present invention, there is no unintended force that forces the vane functioning at the cold air outlet to rotate beyond its open rotation end. Even if the vane is operated, the stopper installed on the vane will come into contact with the edge of the outlet, and the unreasonable force will be borne by both the stopper and the shaft/shaft support of the vane, resulting in damage to the shaft/shaft support that cannot withstand the large load. can be prevented.
