して前記コの字形を交互に配し、パイラー等の機
械により、鋼矢板の継手部に隣接する鋼矢板の継
手を圧入して連結していく。

材を充填すると共に、打込先端部に目盲を設けた
鋼矢板にある。ここで継手部に充填した圧縮性目
塞材としては、鋼矢板の打ち込み時に継手部周辺
から土砂が侵入しないようにし、また打ち込み後
には隣接する鋼矢板の継手部の圧入を容易にする
と共に、施工後は継手部での水密性を保持するよ
うにしたものである。また、目盲は継手の先端の
打込部において先鋭にすると鋼矢板の圧入が容易
となる。

矢板の打ち込みによつても前記初めの鋼矢板の継
手部中に石等が入らないので圧入が容易であり、
圧入後も圧縮性目塞材の圧縮によつて継手部にお
ける水密性を向上することができる。
