〈産業上の利用分野〉
この考案は肉類の魚介類を用いた鍋料理用のあ

下端を通水可能な底部６とし、鍋１の使用中にお
いて、開口部３は煮汁面WL1，WL2より常に上
方に突出し且つ底部６は常に該煮汁WL1，WL2
内に浸漬された状態を保つ構造とし、さらにカツ
プ状のあく溜用の本体４に係合部７を設け、該係
合部７によつて本体４を鍋１の周壁内に係脱自在
に取付け、若しくは本体４を鍋１の周壁の一部と

に掬い取つても、煮汁は再度鍋内に戻され、味付
けされた煮汁が無駄にされることがなく且つあく
取りの際に鍋の外部に汁が落下する不都合も生じ
