[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Application Field The present invention relates to a simulated hibernation tank device for seafood,
In particular, by subjecting seafood to pseudo-hibernation at low temperatures, the freshness of the seafood can be maintained in the state of live fish, making it possible to transport extremely fresh seafood at low cost, and improving the appearance of rows at stores, pleasing the eyes of customers. However, it is easy for customers to order their favorite seafood, and the water quality and temperature of multiple aquariums can be controlled individually, allowing different types of seafood to live in one unit of aquarium equipment. The present invention relates to an innovative pseudo-hibernation tank device for seafood, which allows a large amount of seafood to be stored in a small tank at high density while maintaining extremely high freshness.

Conventional Technology Conventionally, in order to keep seafood fresh and live, they are allowed to swim leisurely in a very large aquarium in order to keep the living environment not too different from the normal living environment of seafood. method was adopted. However, this method has the following major drawbacks, and it has been impossible for ordinary people to enjoy live fish.

(1) As fish and shellfish swim leisurely around the aquarium, their physical strength is exhausted, waste products accumulate in their bodies, which makes the fish taste bad, and they also get injured, causing damage to their bodies. The appearance of the product deteriorates and its appearance deteriorates.

(3) In order to maintain good water quality in the aquarium, the amount of water must be increased, and to do so, the volume must be increased according to the number of fish and shellfish, so the cost of the aquarium is reduced only. Not only is the cost of transporting seafood loaded onto a ship, aircraft, or vehicle extremely high, but it also requires a large amount of space relative to the number of seafood when placed at a store. It is impossible to stock it in a small store.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-80400 discloses a method and device for transporting live eels, but in this conventional example, live eels can be transported by sea, unloaded, and transported on land only within a certain period of time. Sea water is used at sea, the sea water supply is stopped at ports, and ice is placed on land to allow the animals to hibernate and be transported on land for 10 to 20 hours. . Therefore, it is not possible to keep various types of seafood alive in a pseudo-hibernation state for long periods of time, and this technology makes it possible to provide ordinary live fish to customers in aquariums at sushi restaurants and restaurants. It is unrelated to the present invention, and is a different invention whose purpose, structure, and operation and effect are completely different from the present invention.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 49-35197 discloses an enzyme-supplemented live seafood preservation aquarium, but in this conventional example, liquid enzymes are added to the water in the aquarium to keep the seafood alive. This system supplies enzymes to the water and cools them using the low temperature of liquid enzymes, but this method alone cannot purify water at all, so it has the disadvantage that seafood cannot be stored in a live state for a long period of time. Therefore, this cannot be used for commercial purposes, and since it is not equipped with a temperature control device, temperature control is difficult, and the invention is completely different from the present invention.

In addition, Japanese Patent Publication No. 35-13862 discloses a fish farming device, but in the conventional example, each fish farming tank is configured in a tiered manner, but water flows into each fish tank sequentially from above. Therefore, each fish tank cannot be managed independently, and it has the disadvantage that it cannot be used for different species of fish and shellfish that are suitable for different waters (freshwater, seawater, etc.). In addition, some fish do not have a cooling device and do not disclose low-temperature pseudo-hibernation at all, so it has been completely impossible to preserve live fish in a pseudo-hibernation state for a long period of time.

In addition, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-40558 discloses a multi-layer cultivation device for aquatic organisms, etc., but in this conventional example, each small aquarium container is arranged in tiers, but the water in the upper tier is lowered. This method makes it impossible to manage the water quality in each aquarium container, and therefore, it is not possible to mix and store freshwater or saltwater fish in one device. There were flaws. Further, this invention does not disclose a cooling device, and therefore is unrelated to pseudo-hibernation at low temperatures, and is completely different in purpose, structure, and operation and effect from the present invention.

Purpose The present invention was made to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art, and its purpose is to provide an aquarium in which living seafood is housed in pseudo-hibernation at low temperatures; A filter tank that circulates the water in the aquarium to purify and filter the water so that the fish and shellfish can inhabit it in a healthy state, and a cooling device that maintains the temperature of the water to a level that causes the fish and shellfish to undergo pseudo-hibernation. A temperature control device that controls the cooling device to maintain the temperature of water in the water tank at a predetermined temperature, and a pump that circulates water from the filtration tank to the water tank via the cooling device. This makes it possible to store live seafood at a very high density in a narrow aquarium, preventing the physical strength of the seafood from being wasted, and preserving the good appearance of the seafood by preventing damage to its body. In addition, by keeping the seafood under low temperature, sugar accumulates in the body of the seafood, increasing its sweetness. It also significantly reduces the amount of excrement, prevents deterioration of water quality, and increases the number of seafood that can be accommodated per unit volume. The purpose of this invention is to significantly increase the amount of fish and shellfish in comparison with the conventional example, and to significantly reduce the cost of live seafood. Furthermore, in such a pseudo-hibernation aquarium device for seafood, the aquarium is constructed in a plurality of tiers, each independently, and arranged in a tiered manner such that the lower tier protrudes forward and the upper tier recedes backwards. To make it easier for customers to select their favorite seafood by making it easier for customers to see the seafood in an aquarium when they line up at a store, and to make it easier for customers to take out the seafood from the aquarium. Another purpose is to configure the filtration tank as a cartridge type that can be attached and detached independently to each aquarium, so that the type of filtration medium and filtration conditions can be changed depending on the type of seafood. The object is to be able to accommodate different types of fish and shellfish within a single aquarium device, and thereby to be able to hold a large number of types of fish and shellfish. Another purpose is to install a cooling device, a temperature control device, and a pump in each aquarium to enable separate water quality and water temperature control for each aquarium, making it possible to preserve different types of seafood in each aquarium. The goal is to ensure that the fish and shellfish in each aquarium can live in the best possible environment.

On the other hand, an appropriate filter material 18 is placed in the filtration tank 3 depending on the type of seafood contained in the aquarium 2, and as the filtration tank material 18, for example, ceramics is used. This is to purify the excrement of the seafood 8 by generating far infrared rays. Other types of filter media 18 having similar purposes are also used. Such adjustment of the filter material 18 is performed outside the fish and shellfish pseudo-hibernation device 1, and is carried out by a pipe 20 connected to the filtration tank 3, a pipe 19 connected to the pump 6, and a screw type connector 21. By being connected in communication, the filtration tank 3 is attached to the fish and shellfish pseudo-hibernation device 1 and performs its function.

In the cooling device 4, the water 14 is cooled to 2 to 3° C. and poured into the aquarium 2 at an extremely low temperature, so that the seafood 8 enters a state of pseudo-hibernation. In other words, the fish and shellfish 8 do not actively swim around and stay still, so they do not waste their physical strength.
You will not lose weight, your body will not be damaged, and you will continue to look good. Furthermore, since they are not active, the amount of excrement is very small, and as a result, the amount of contamination of the water 14 is also very small. Also, because the water temperature is conveniently low, seafood 8 accumulates sugar in its body to withstand this low temperature, and the meat becomes sweeter. The appropriate cool temperature makes the meat firmer and chewier, and the marbled fat improves the flavor. will increase.

Effects The present invention provides an aquarium in which living fish and shellfish are housed in pseudo-hibernation at low temperatures as described above, and a system in which the water in the tank is circulated so that the fish and shellfish can live in a healthy state. a filtration tank for purifying and filtering the water; a cooling device for keeping the water cool enough to cause the fish and shellfish to undergo pseudo-hibernation; and a cooling device for controlling the temperature of the water in the aquarium to a predetermined temperature. Equipped with a temperature control device to keep the water at a constant temperature, and a pump to circulate water from the filtration tank to the aquarium via a cooling device, it is possible to store live seafood at a very high density in a narrow aquarium. This prevents the physical strength of the seafood from being wasted, and maintains its good appearance as the body of the seafood is not damaged. Also, since it is kept at low temperatures, sugar accumulates in the body of the seafood, increasing its sweetness. In addition, it is possible to significantly reduce the amount of excrement, prevent water quality deterioration, and greatly increase the number of fish and shellfish that can be accommodated per unit volume compared to conventional methods. This has the effect of significantly reducing the cost of seafood. In addition, in this type of fish and shellfish simulated aquarium device, the aquarium is constructed in multiple stages, each independently, and arranged in a tiered manner, with the lower tier protruding forward and the upper tier receding backward. When customers line up in the tank, it is easy for customers to see the fish and shellfish in the aquarium, making it easy for them to select their favorite seafood, and also making it easier to take out the fish and shellfish from the tank.
