Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title laver with high commercial value by spraying a liquid seasoning on the surface of dried laver and laying a small amount of gold foil thereon, and then superposing a white paper thereon followed by instantaneous hot pressing. CONSTITUTION:A liquid seasoning with a pH of 7.1-7.5 is sprayed, either directly or through a paper pattern, on the surface of dried laver and a small amount of gold foil is laid thereon, and a white paper is then superposed thereon followed by instantaneous hot pressing (pref. at 70-l00 deg.C under a pressure of 0.3-0.6kg/cm<2>), thus obtaining the objective laver.

After spraying a seasoning liquid with a pH of 7.1 to 15 directly onto the surface of dried nori (including sea nori and commercial nori) or over the paper pattern, place a small amount of gold leaf directly on the sprayed surface, and then Layer white paper on top of the paper, pressurize and heat it instantly, and the amount of gold leaf is 100g of nori.
The pressure is 03-0.6 kg per cm2, the heating is 70-100°C, the seasoning liquid has a pH of 7.1-75, and an alcohol content of 10-16%.
We attempted to solve the problem by creating a paper with a sugar content of 10 to 40%, and a structure in which the white paper is Japanese paper and has a structure that is difficult to charge.
