なく、低温低湿下でも樹脂層の体積抵抗の変動が少ない
ため、高画質の画像を与える。また耐久性にも優れ、上
記の効果を長期にわたって持続することができる。

性弾性体の上に、ZnOウィスカーを含有する樹脂層を
設けたことを特徴とする帯電用部材。
