Abstract

このものでは、乾燥室1内における所定の清浄度が確保

ているから、遠赤外線ヒータ4の上面に塵が堆積したと
しても前記堆積した多量の塵が乾燥室1内に散らばるこ
とはないものとなり、その結果、乾燥室1内の清浄度が
確保できることとなる。
