Corrosion products cannot be removed. In addition, hydrogen fluoride and nitric acid-based cleaning agents can damage air conditioners and nearby components, and can be dangerous to work with, so there is a need for agents that can easily remove corrosion products and are safe to use. There is.

No. 03383 and the like are known. Since these cleaning agents are water-soluble liquids with low viscosity, they must be immersed in order to remain in contact with the object for a sufficient period of time to remove corrosion products. However, since it is virtually difficult to remove the air conditioner and its outdoor unit and immerse them in a cleaning agent solution, an improvement in the method of bringing them into contact with the cleaning agent is desired.

~10% by weight and 60-98% by weight of a mixed solution of a volatile water-soluble organic solvent and water advantageously contacts and removes corrosion products and deposits on the aluminum fins. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that the present invention is effective. That is, the cleaning agent of the present invention consists of the above composition. According to the present invention, when the composition is applied to aluminum fins by means such as spraying, the water-soluble organic solvent in the composition evaporates and crystals of benzoic acid precipitate and adhere to the surface of the aluminum fins. An aqueous solution of a cleaning component such as phosphoric acid is supported in the gaps and surfaces of the precipitated crystals, making it possible to contact with corrosion products etc. for a long time, and as a result, corrosion products etc. can be removed.

Oxalic acid and 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid are used alone or in a mixture of two or more, and the content in the composition is 1 to 20% by weight, preferably 5 to 15% by weight.
Weight%. If it is less than 1% by weight, almost no effect of removing corrosion products of aluminum can be obtained, and if it is less than 1% by weight,
This is because the removal effect does not change even if the amount is increased. Furthermore, in order to ensure the safety of structural members near the fins, the content should not be too high.

If it is less than 1% by weight, the amount of adhesion to the aluminum fins will be small and the ability to support the active ingredient will not be achieved. If it is more than 10% by weight, it will dissolve in the aqueous solution and will not be uniformly applied. This is because it is difficult to do so. Volatile water-soluble organic solvents used as solvents include methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, iso-propanol, and acetonitrile. The mixing ratio of these water-soluble organic solvents and water is 25 to 90% by volume, preferably 30 to 70% by volume in terms of organic solvent concentration. In the cleaning agent of the present invention, it may be preferable to add a surfactant to obtain a more effective cleaning composition. Examples of the surfactant in this case include nonionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester. . The appropriate amount of addition is 10% by weight or less, and adding more than 10% by weight is not an effective means.

ない。The cleaning agent of the present invention can be applied by spraying or brushing, or alternatively, it can be filled into a pressure-resistant container and made into an aerosol using a propellant such as dimethyl ether or liquefied petroleum gas, and then applied by injection. If the composition remains on the treated object for a long period of time after the cleaning agent treatment, it may cause damage to the outdoor unit components. For this reason, neutralization with acid and removal with water must be carried out, but the neutralizing agent is preferably an aqueous solution of weakly basic carbonates such as sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, etc.
It is preferable that the number is approximately 8 to 12. One type of carbonate or a mixture of two or more types of carbonates may be used, but the neutralizing ability is low at a pH of 8 or lower, and aluminum may be attacked at a pH of 12 or higher, so a pH of 9 to 11 is more preferable. Next, other elements required for a weakly basic neutralizer are:
By generating carbon dioxide gas, the composition is neutralized and dispersed with bubbles to facilitate dissolution and removal. Next, examples of the present invention will be shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
