ルにおいて、シールリングの外周面に背面向きに
形成した段差部と、上記ハウジングの内周面に上
記シールリングの段差部と対向して形成した段差
部との間、および上記メイテイングリングの外周
面に背面向きに形成した段差部と、上記カラーに
上記メイテイングリングの段差部と対向して形成
した段差部との間にそれぞれOリングを介在させ
、上記シールリングおよびメイテイングリングの
段差部の内径を該両リングの摺動面のシール径と
略一致させ、カラーの背面に、軸方向に延びる張
出し部を周方向等配形成して該張出し部に先端が
回転軸外周面と圧接するセツトスクリユを螺着す
るとともに、該張出し部を回転軸に設けた凸部と
