(Summary of the invention) This invention uses decorative wooden plywood on the front side and synthetic resin decorative board on the back side, or laminates the same decorative wooden plywood or the same synthetic resin decorative board on both the front and back sides. Inside the main body, a core material made of a flame retardant material with a lead sheet pasted on the back side of the core material is placed in the center of the front and back plates, and synthetic rubber is interposed at both the top and bottom ends of the core material. The upper and lower crosspieces are placed between the upper and lower crosspieces, and the appropriate number of small crosspieces are sandwiched between the front and back plates. The gist of the booth is to fill it with glass wool and make it a soundproof door with asbestos paper pasted on the entire inner surface of the front and back panels.

The decorative board may be in the conventional manner in which the periphery is bounded by a decorative edge or the like, but it may also be a decorative board made of wooden decorative plywood 10 such as veneer on the front side and a synthetic decorative board such as polyester decorative board on the back side. Resin decorative board 1
may be used appropriately.

Any material can be used for either the front or back side of the door, but wooden decorative plywood 10 is used for the front side, which is the entrance side.
It is effective to use a decorative panel 1 made of synthetic resin on the back side, which is the indoor side, because it can prevent deformation stress exerted on the entire door due to temperature and humidity differences.

This has a sound absorption effect and excellent heat resistance, so even if there is an extreme temperature difference between the front and back of the door, the core material 3 made of flame retardant material prevents the entire door from warping. be.

Since the core material 3 is fixed with oil-resistant and aging-resistant synthetic rubber 4 interposed between the upper and lower parts, it is possible to maintain a stable state, and the upper crosspiece 6,
It also has the effect of blocking sound conducted to the lower crosspiece 7.

An appropriate number of small bars 8 are arranged between the upper and lower bars 6 and 7 held between the front and back plates.
It goes without saying that the small crosspieces 8 are also sandwiched between the front and back plates, and are arranged so that each of them can easily disperse and absorb stress so as not to cause distortion of the entire door.

Moreover, the reason why these are kept at intervals so that they are not adjacent to each other is to prevent the small crosspieces 8 themselves from transmitting sound.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the door has a simple structure but has high soundproofing, heat insulation, and noise insulation effects, and is also lightweight, which eliminates disadvantages in installation and use. We are now able to provide soundproof doors that do not require soundproofing.
