にスラッシュ成形時成形型に形成した表皮層を円滑に脱

成形型であり、型面1bと裏面1aとの間に上記裏面1
a側にノズル2を設けた通気孔3の3個が貫設されてい
る。また9は型面1b上にスラッシュ成形により成形さ
れ固化した表皮層である。なお、上記通気孔径は12φ
mmであり、また、ノズル2内にはバネ2bにより付勢
されるシール棒2aを取り付け、これにより成形時にお
ける成形粉末によるノズル2の詰りが防止される。14

、減圧器5、電磁弁等の開閉バルブ6およびロータリー
ジョイント7を有する圧搾空気を供給する配管8が接続
