この考案は板状体を所定部位で直角に折り曲げ

つて前述のように捨部を設けてこれを切除したり
せずに、成形体を一挙に成形することが可能とな

本考案の成形装置はこのような問題点を解決す
るために案出されたものであり、その要旨は、枠

型の相対的な接近に基づく加圧力にて該粉体原料
を圧縮し、以て本体部とその一端で折れ曲る折曲
り部を有する役物タイルを、該本体部が水平とな
り且つ折曲り部が上方に立上る向きに成形すると
ともに、それら上型及び下型を開いた後に枠型を
下型に対して相対的に下降移動させて成形体を取
り出すようにした成形装置であつて、
前記折曲り部の外面を成形する成形面を備えた
補助型を前記枠型内側面に接して下型の上に載
せ、該補助型を成形型の一部として用いるととも
に成形体脱型のために枠型を前記下降移動させる
際、該補助型に対して該枠型を摺動させるように

出しても良いし、補助型24ごと取り出しても良

枠型を下型に対して相対的に下降移動させて成形
体を取り出すようにした成形装置であつて、 前記折曲り部の外面を成形する成形面を備えた
補助型を前記枠型内側面に接して下型の上に載
せ、該補助型を成形型の一部として用いるととも
に、成形体脱型のために枠型を前記下降移動させ
る際、該補助型に対して該枠型を摺動させるよう
