ール圧縮器、凝縮器、膨脹弁、蒸発器及びアキユ
ムレータを順次連結してなる冷凍装置において、
一端が前記スクロール圧縮器の圧縮室より低い位
置で前記スクロール圧縮機の内部又は内部と導通
する部分に接続され、且つ他端が前記一端と同じ
高さか又は更に低い位置で前記アキユムレータ又
はアキユムレータと導通する部分に接続されたバ
イパス回路を設けると共に前記バイパス回路の途
中に前記スクロール圧縮機から前記アキユムレー
タへのみ流体を流す逆止弁を設けたことを特徴と
