It is desirable for vehicle seats to be able to stably hold occupants while the vehicle is in motion, provide appropriate sitting comfort, and reduce fatigue as much as possible even when seated for long periods of time. Countermeasures have been taken, such as appropriately improving the shape and structure of the seat seating area, and attaching support devices to various parts of the seat. In recent years, a vibration device made of a combination of a rocking piece and an electromagnet, for example, has been installed inside the seat to give the occupant micro-vibration, thereby alleviating the feeling of fatigue. Seat vibrating devices are also being proposed.

However, according to the conventional vehicle seat vibrating device described above, the seating surface is vibrated only by the rocking motion of the rocking piece that is selectively attracted by an electromagnet, so the structure is simple; It cannot be said that it is possible to transmit a vibration state having the required vibration width and movement to a person, and as a vibration device, it is still a problem from a practical standpoint.

There were many problems, and there were problems in terms of cost as well as ease of incorporation into the seat. Furthermore, with the above-mentioned conventional structure, it is difficult to provide a vibration state with a pine surge function that can relieve the feeling of fatigue to the seated person, so a simpler structure can properly and reliably control the seating surface. It is desired that some kind of countermeasure be taken to vibrate and obtain the desired effect.

In order to meet such demands, the present invention provides a vibrating device for a vehicle seat, which has a pressing part that is pressed against the back side of the seat surface layer, and leg parts that are bent from both ends of the pressing part toward the seat panel side. It has a plurality of push rods having a substantially U-shape, and a corrugated body supported so as to be slidable in the direction of the sheet surface while the push rods are pressed against the sheet surface side, and the corrugated body is connected to the plurality of push rods. The push rods have a wave-shaped cam surface that moves the push rods forward and backward toward the sheet surface side, and the wave-shaped body is slid back and forth by a drive source, and the legs of the plurality of push rods move the sheet in a direction perpendicular to the sheet surface layer. It is characterized in that it is slidably supported on the panel side and biased toward the seat panel side by a tension spring connected to the leg portion.

According to the present invention, by using a driving source to slide a corrugated body having a corrugated cam surface in the direction of the seat surface and making it reciprocate, the corrugated cam surface can press the pressing portions of a plurality of push rods using a tension spring. Together with the biasing means, it can be moved forward and backward toward the sheet surface side.
The vibration caused by this in the direction perpendicular to the seat surface,
The pressure can be transmitted from the pressing portions of the plurality of push rods to the seated person via the seat surface layer.

A link lever 17 is provided on 5a, and an engagement pin 18 provided upright on the other end is engaged in an engagement groove 14b recessed in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the corrugated body 14. The structure is such that the rotational motion of the motor 15 is converted into the sliding motion of the corrugated body 14. This is shown in FIG. 3, where the engaging pin 18 of the lever 17 is
It is easy to understand that the rotation locus shown by A in the figure is drawn, and as a result, the engagement pin 18 moves within the engagement groove 14b and presses the side wall of the groove, causing the corrugated body 14 to slide. It will be. Here, the length l of the engagement groove 14b mentioned above is twice the length of the lever 17 (the diameter of the rotation trajectory A). However, it is not necessarily limited to such a structure,
Various modifications are possible, and the point is that the corrugated body 1
4 may be configured as long as it can be slid in the direction of the seat surface and driven back and forth. Further, the moving direction of the corrugated body 14 is not limited to the horizontal direction, but may also be the vertical direction, and it is preferable to arrange the push rod 12 in accordance with this direction.

By repeating the forward and backward movement of pushing out toward the seat surface layer 11 side and pulling it in with the tension spring 16, the plurality of pressing portions 12a are pressed against the seat seating surface by the corrugated cam surface 14a as shown in FIG. The resultant vibration in the direction perpendicular to the seat surface can be transmitted to the seated person via the seat surface layer 11.
According to such a vibration device 10, it can be used effectively as a pine surge vibration source for alleviating fatigue of a seated person, for example. The cam shape of the surface 14a, and the corrugated body 14 by the motor 15 etc.
By appropriately selecting the transfer speed, etc., the vibration can be generated with an appropriate magnitude, which has a great advantage. Further, according to the present invention, the vibration device 10 can be configured by simply incorporating a plurality of push rods 12, the corrugated body 14, and the slide drive source 15 into the seat, resulting in a simple configuration with a small number of component parts. Moreover, it has the advantage of being easy to integrate.

I can think of it. For example, a modification may be considered in which a plurality of push rods 12 can be moved once or twice with one stroke of the wave-shaped cam surface 14a.

Furthermore, at the time of assembly, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the pad material that becomes the seat surface layer 11 uses the space formed between the seat panel 13, but it is not suitable for a solid type seat structure. Since it can be applied even if it is installed, it is recommended to use an appropriate space to arrange it.

As explained above, according to the vibration device for a vehicle seat according to the present invention, there are a plurality of vibration devices each having a substantially U-shape and having a pressing portion that is pressed against the back side of the seat surface layer and leg portions on both ends of the pressing portion. and a corrugated body that is supported so as to be slidable in the direction of the sheet surface while being pressed against the sheet surface side, and the corrugated body moves the plurality of push rods back and forth toward the sheet surface side. The corrugated body has a corrugated cam surface, and the corrugated body is slid back and forth by a drive source, and the legs of the plurality of push rods slide in a direction perpendicular to the seat surface layer while being biased by a tension spring toward the seat panel. Because it is movably supported, it has a simple and inexpensive structure, but it can be used by skillfully combining a corrugated body driven by a motor etc. and multiple push rods pressed by the corrugated cam surface. , it is possible to create an appropriate and reliable vibration state in the pressing parts of multiple push rods, and transmit the vibration to the seated person with an appropriate magnitude, thereby reducing fatigue of the seated person. It can be used effectively as a pine surge vibration source. Further, according to the present invention, the vibration device can be incorporated into the seat due to the small number of component parts and the easy-to-install configuration, which has great practical effects.
