PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for stably moving a gas insulated machine having high center of gravity such as a gas insulated circuit breaker provided with high bushings. CONSTITUTION:Four machine side suspension lugs are provided at a position lower than the center of gravity 6 of a gas insulated circuit breaker 1 to be moved. A base 3 wider than a space defined by lines connecting between four suspension lugs and a hook 5 of crane for suspending the machine is disposed at a position higher than the center of gravity of the machine. Suspension lugs are provided at four corners of upper and lower faces of the base 3. A wire 4a is suspended from the hook 5 of a crane and jointed, at the lower end thereof, to the suspension lugs on the upper face of the base 3. Suspension lugs arranged at four corners on the lower face of the base 3 are jointed through a wire 4b to the machine side suspension lugs.
