ダイオードの短絡破壊を検知する出力回路とを設
けたことを特徴とする一次電池の充電防止回路。 (2) 電源に接続された負荷と、該負荷に充電防
止ダイオードを介して接続された一次電池とを備
えたバツテリ周辺回路において、 前記充電防止ダイオードのアノード側電圧を基
準電圧と比較する比較回路と、 該比較回路からの出力に基づいて作動するスイ
ツチング回路と、 該スイツチング回路の作動により前記一次電池
を電源から遮断する遮断回路とを設けたことを特
徴とする一次電池の充電防止回路。
