電気的に絶縁されたもので断線、絶縁破壊を起し

12の周面に雄コネクタ嵌着用切欠18を、この
切欠18の底に凹窩19を夫々穿設して当該凹窩
19に雌コネクタ20を抜出不能に嵌着し、この
雌コネクタ20と前記電気回路基板14をリード
線21,21′により接続すると共にこれ等とは
別個に、多数本のガラス繊維糸22と二本の撚り
導線23,23′とを当該撚り導線23,23′同
士が離れた配置として引き揃え且つ当該引揃体の
外周面を軟質合成樹脂材料24により被覆するこ
とによつて巻尺テープ25を構成し、この巻尺テ
ープ25の表面に寸法目盛26を表示すると共に
当該巻尺テープ25の一端に二極の雄コネクタ2

線23,23′の一端を接続した状態で取付け、
またこれ等とは別個にステンレス等導電材料製管
体29の中に電極取付用パイプ30および巻尺テ
ープ連結用板部31から成る絶縁材料製基板32
を一本のビス33により固定し、電極取付用パイ
プ30にボルト形状のゼロ値検出用電極34を下
方より挿入し且つこの電極34の上端をパイプ3

42の中に上方より前記巻尺テープ25の他端を
挿入して同他端を板部31にビス39′および絶
縁材料製挾着板39により固定し且つ各ターミナ
ル37,38に前記各撚り導線23,23′の他
端を接続し、更に管体29内に絶縁用合成樹脂4
