[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an improvement of the floor structure of a house covered with tatami mats.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

BACKGROUND ART A floor structure consisting of tatami mats spread over the entire floor surface shape of a house has been known for some time.

However, the conventional floor structure has the following problems. In other words, the size and layout combination of tatami mats was determined according to the irregular shape or the unique floor dimensions of each room, making it difficult to mass-produce tatami mats because they were not interchangeable and there were no standards. He relied on the handwork of each item.

In this state, even if one wanted to lay both sides of the tatami as floor covering materials for either a Japanese-style room or a Western-style room depending on the purpose, the tatami could not be turned over and used. Once the arrangement of the tatami was changed, it would no longer fit the exterior shape of the floor, making it impossible to install or creating gaps.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and provides a floor structure in which tatami mats for both front and back use can be selectively incorporated. For this purpose, we obtained the following configuration.

In other words, the frame members are arranged along the outer periphery of the floor surface, and the outer peripheral edges of the frame members are cut as appropriate to match the external shape of each floor, and conversely, the inner peripheral edge dimensions of the frame members are cut according to standard specifications. A predetermined number of standard tatami mats for both front and back sides are installed inside this frame. As a result, all the tatami mats have the same standard dimensions, so even if the tatami mats are used upside down, there will be no problem of inability to assemble the tatami mats due to size mismatch.

Figures 1A and 1B are plan views of the floor structure of a house according to the present invention, where A shows the front side of the tatami mat and B shows the case where the tatami is turned over and the floorboard material on the back side is used as the floor surface, respectively for a Japanese-style room and a Western-style room. It is. In Figure 1A, 1 is 4
The frame member 1 is made up of two plates, and the inner end surface dimension 2 of the frame member 1 exactly conforms to the Japanese-style room size standard (for example, if it is 8 tatami mats, the standard for an 8 tatami Japanese-style room). The outer end surface 3 of the frame member 1 is set on the floor by machining, for example, a portion surrounded by a dotted line so as to freely conform to an irregularly shaped floor shape or a floor shape of a non-standard room. Due to the presence of this frame 1, even if the shape of the floor of the room is irregular or non-standard, it can be adjusted. In the area surrounded by the inner end surface 2 of the frame member 1, a predetermined number of mass-produced standard tatami mats 4 for both front and back sides are installed. It can be integrated tightly. This is extremely important when the tatami 4 is used upside down, as will be described later. In other words, since it is a standard product, it can be accurately assembled into the frame 1 regardless of whether it is front or back. Traditional tatami mats, which are manufactured in one piece to fit the shape of the floor, can't be integrated into the floor because when turned over, there are differences in size. Now, preferably on the surface of frame 1 there is a pattern 5.
It is better if it is applied.

FIG. 1B is a plan view of the same room changed from a Japanese-style room to a Western-style room. This change can be made by simply turning over all eight tatami mats 4 at once. There is no need to be concerned about the relative position of each tatami mat. This is because they are standard products having the same dimensions. Now, on the opposite side of the tatami mat, a patterned floorboard material is pasted, and this becomes the floorboard of a Western-style room. In particular, it is preferable when the surface pattern 5 of the floorboard member and the frame 1 are the same, as this creates a unified aesthetic appearance.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a tatami mat used for both front and back use in the present invention. 6 is the tatami surface material that covers the tatami shin material. A rug woven from rush grass stalks is usually used. The tatami mat has a three-layer structure that is lightweight and has good heat retention so that it can be easily turned over. Reference numeral 7 denotes the first layer of insulation material, which is made of a board made of hardened wood fibers, which has some elasticity and has a shock-absorbing cushion effect. 8 is the second layer of resin material,
It is made of styrofoam material. It is lightweight and has a heat insulation effect, so it retains heat well. The third layer 9 is made of plywood and is attached to the back of the second layer to protect it. Now, reference numeral 10 is a floor member, which is attached to the plywood board 9 on the side opposite to the tatami surface. The floorboard 10 is made of, for example, synthetic resin with a wood grain pattern, linoleum board, or wood. In any case, any material suitable for a Western-style floorboard of a house may be used. Now, the tatami with this structure can be used either front or back as required. This tatami is industrially produced in large quantities according to standards.

According to the present invention, since the standardized tatami mat for both front and back use is incorporated into the frame member, the tatami mat can be incorporated very easily. Also, since tatami mats, which are standardized industrial products, can be used, they are inexpensive. Furthermore, by flipping the tatami mats, you can change a Japanese-style room into a Western-style room.In other words, the surface of the frame member is made of the same material as the tatami floorboard, so if you turn the tatami into a Western-style room, the entire floor will be made of the same material and pattern. Therefore, it has the effect of looking like a Western-style room from the beginning and has a good appearance.
