[Prior Art] In sanitary cleaning equipment for hotel facilities and the like that has hot water cleaning functions such as anal cleaning and bidet cleaning, hot water and water are supplied to the equipment through piping from other equipment. In order to perform the comfortable local washing function with hot water, the water supply and hot water supply equipment must be operated normally so that the temperature of the washing hot water that is mixed and discharged by adjusting the water and hot water is stably maintained within a predetermined range. It is necessary. It is also necessary to control the operation so that the hot water for washing private parts is stably maintained within a comfortable temperature range. Therefore, in this type of sanitary washing device, after the user is seated, the hot water supply in the piping is discharged until the hot water temperature reaches 42°C so that the hot water temperature exceeds 42°C. After the water temperature has been mixed and controlled, the cooled water is discharged from the pipe, and the "residual water treatment operation" is continued until the discharged water temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, and the system is on standby in preparation for discharging water during cleaning. It has become.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A residual water treatment method in a sanitary cleaning device according to the present invention mixes and adjusts water and hot water supplied to the device and discharges the mixture to perform hot water cleaning functions such as anal cleaning and bidet cleaning. In order to perform a "discharge operation" of discharging the hot water supplied from the piping until the hot water supplied from the device reaches a certain temperature, and to stably maintain the temperature of the discharged cleaning hot water within a predetermined range. In a sanitary cleaning device configured to perform a "pre-washing/residual water treatment operation" in which hot water supplied in the water discharge pipe is discharged through the nozzle pre-cleaning pipe until the temperature of the mixed hot water reaches a constant temperature, A water temperature detection means is provided in the vicinity of the nozzle in the water discharge piping equipped with the cleaning/residual water treatment means, and the pre-cleaning/residual water treatment means detects the temperature inside the water discharge piping until it reaches a preset temperature. In addition to overflowing the remaining water and waiting for cleaning discharge, this waiting time is counted by a waiting time control means, and if the waiting time exceeds a preset time, or when the temperature detecting means installed in the piping The gist of this system is to repeatedly perform the above-mentioned draining operation when the hot water temperature falls below a preset value to maintain the hot water temperature in the discharge pipe within a set range after the user is seated.

[Function] Therefore, when the user sits on the toilet seat and hot water at a preset temperature is obtained, the pre-washing/residual water treatment means uses the cooled water that has accumulated in the water discharge pipe as cleaning water for the nozzle. The water overflow operation is performed and the water discharge is on standby for cleaning. This waiting time is counted by a waiting time control means, and if this count time exceeds a preset time (for example, 5 minutes), or the pipe internal temperature detected by the pipe internal temperature detection means exceeds a preset value. (For example, 41
°C), the water discharging operation is performed again to discard the cooled water accumulated in the water spouting pipe, and waiting for water spout cleaning. As a result, after the user is seated, the water temperature in the water discharge pipe is maintained within a certain range, ensuring that the user always washes with a comfortable hot water temperature.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a control system of the present apparatus that controls and drives the piping system. The waste water ON/OFF control means 21 that controls the opening and closing of the waste water electromagnetic valve 13 has its opening degree controlled by the thermovalve control means 19. The control operation is started in response to the ``'' signal, and is turned ON by the temperature information ``less than 42°C'' from the waste hot water temperature detection means 22 consisting of the thermistor sensor 14 for waste hot water control. This waste water ON/OFF control means 21
, the time t1 from the ON drive is counted by the waste hot water time control means 23, and the hot water temperature failure determination means 2 connected at the subsequent stage is counted.
4, this time t1 is a preset time (for example, 2 minutes)
If it exceeds this, it is judged as an "abnormality" and a pulse signal is emitted.
In response to this signal, the waste hot water ON/OFF control means 21 operates to turn the waste hot water electromagnetic valve 13 "OFF". If the time t1 does not exceed 2 minutes, it is determined to be "normal" and the subsequent pre-cleaning/residual water treatment means 25 is controlled. The pre-cleaning/residual water treatment means 25 is a waste water ON/OFF switch.
After the control means 21 finishes the "disposable hot water treatment", a certain period of time t2
(For example, for 7 seconds) The solenoid valve 4 is opened to clean the nozzle 1, and the cold residual water in the piping up to the nozzle 1 is discharged to warm the inside of the piping, and the pre-cleaning/residual water treatment means The time t2 from the ON driving of 25 is configured to be counted by the pre-cleaning time control means 26. When this pre-cleaning time control means 26 ends at a predetermined time t2,
The washing water discharging means 29 in the latter stage is maintained in a standby state and is activated upon input of a "water discharging signal" from the washing signal input means 28 for "butt washing" or "bite washing". At this time, the waiting time t3 is defined as the waiting time t3 from when the pre-washing/residual water treatment means 25 finishes overflowing with water until the "water discharging signal" is input from the washing signal input means 28 for "butt washing" or "bidet washing". It is counted by the control means 30, and if this waiting time t3 exceeds a preset time (for example, 5 minutes), it is determined that the water temperature in the water discharge pipe 17 has decreased, and the waste hot water ON/OFF control means 21 is activated. Configure a residual water treatment system. Incidentally, in the residual water treatment method of the above-mentioned embodiment, the "decrease in water temperature in the water discharge pipe 17" is determined by a structure in which the standby time control means 30 measures the standby time t3, and the waste water ON/OFF control means 21 is again driven. However, as shown in FIG. 2, "a drop in the water temperature in the water discharge pipe 17" is detected based on the temperature information of the pre-cleaning water temperature detection means 27 provided in the water discharge pipe 17, and the waste water ON/OFF control means It goes without saying that it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which 21 is driven again, and furthermore, both structures can be installed together.

Next, the operation of the residual water treatment method in the sanitary cleaning apparatus with the above configuration is explained by the operation flowchart of the entire sanitary cleaning apparatus shown in FIG. 4 (FIG. 4(a) is a case where the cleaning operation is not performed within a specified time, and FIG. 4(b) is a case where the temperature inside the water discharge pipe 17 has fallen below the specified temperature). (1) The seating detection means 20 arranged at the toilet seat position detects whether the user is sitting. (2) Open the solenoid valve 13 for draining hot water until the draining hot water temperature is detected to be 42°C, and perform “throwing hot water”. At this time, if the temperature does not reach 42°C within a preset time t1 (2 minutes), it is determined that "the external hot water supply equipment is out of order" and the hot water discharging operation is stopped. (3) After the operation in (2) above is completed, the thermovalve 6 of the electronic valve unit D is set to the temperature control position set during the previous use (at this time, the first time when the power is turned on is position). (4) At the same time as the operation in (3) above, nozzle 1 is

Extend by 5 mm, and adjust the water pressure by setting the throttle valve 15 to the minimum water discharge amount position using the flow rate adjustment motor 16, and after completing the setting operation, open the water discharge electromagnetic valve 4 to perform pre-cleaning for 7 seconds (t2). At this time, the electronic valve unit D controls and drives the mixing motor 7 to control the temperature of the thermovalve 6, so that the temperature is adjusted to the set temperature. (5) After the operation in (4) above is completed, the nozzle 1 is retracted, and the water force is adjusted by setting the throttle valve 15 to the maximum discharge amount position by the flow rate adjustment motor 16, and after setting the water force, the cleaning signal input means 26 Waiting for the "butt washing" and "bidet washing" switches to be accepted. (7) After the operation (6) above is completed, the thermovalve 6 of the electronic valve unit D is set to the temperature control position previously adjusted by the operation (4), and then the operation (6) is performed. (8) When the seating detection means 20 detects that the user is not seated, the following operations are performed. (9) If the "butt washing" or "bidet washing" is in progress, that operation is stopped and the mode becomes the same as when the "stop" switch is pressed. (10) To adjust the water force, the flow rate adjustment motor 16 is driven to set the throttle valve 15 to the maximum water discharge position. (11) The thermovalve 6 of the electronic valve unit D is fully opened to the water side.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the method for treating residual water in a sanitary washing device according to the present invention is constructed as described above, residual water remains in the water spouting pipe so that a comfortable water temperature (for example, 42°C) can be obtained. In a device that performs a "water discard operation" that discharges cold water, when the water discharge preparation is completed and the preset time is exceeded, or when the water temperature in the water discharge piping drops below the preset temperature, Since the draining action of discharging the cold water in the pipes is repeated, a comfortable water discharge temperature can be ensured at all times, and the effects of implementing the present invention are extremely large.

[Claim 1] The device mixes and adjusts the water and hot water supplied to the device and discharges the mixture, and has hot water cleaning functions such as anal cleaning and bidet cleaning, until the hot water supplied from the device reaches a certain temperature. In addition to performing a "waste hot water operation" to discharge the supplied hot water in the piping, in order to stably maintain the temperature of the discharged cleaning hot water within a predetermined range, the supplied hot water in the discharge piping is discharged until the temperature of the mixed hot water reaches a constant temperature. In a sanitary cleaning device configured to perform a "pre-cleaning/residual water treatment operation" in which water is discharged through a nozzle pre-cleaning pipe, a pre-cleaning/residual water treatment means is installed at a position near the nozzle in the water discharging pipe. In addition to providing a water temperature detection means, the pre-cleaning/residual water treatment means floods the remaining water in the pipe until the temperature in the water discharge pipe reaches a preset temperature, and waits for cleaning discharge, and waits for this waiting time. When the standby time exceeds a preset time as counted by the time control means, or when the hot water temperature from the pipe temperature detection means provided in the pipe falls below a preset value, the waste water operation is performed. A method for treating residual water in a sanitary washing device, characterized in that the water temperature in the discharge piping is maintained within a set range by repeatedly performing the following steps.
