Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a dehumidifier which can be easily handled and healthful, in order to dehumidify a closet. CONSTITUTION:The air in a closet is sucked into a dehumidifying agent 7 composed of porous material from an air hole by means of a motor driven fan 5 to adsorb the moisture in the air and then the hole is changed over by air passage changeover valves 4, 4', and hot air having passed through an energized heater is sent to the agent 7 to desorb the moisture therefrom for regeneration of humidifying ability and, at the same time, the air containing moisture is discharged to the outside to absorb the moisture in the closet. In this manner, detection and control is repeated until target humidity is reached.

[Prior Art] When applying a type of dehumidifier that does not accumulate water, such as a dry dehumidifier that uses adsorbent or dehumidifying material, to a closet or a ceiling bag, it is necessary to ask a specialized company to install it on the wall. It involved small construction work such as drilling holes, which was a hassle and made it difficult for general users to install it easily.

[Means for solving the problem] There is usually a small storage space called a top bag at the top of the closet, and if the opening/closing method of the top bag is a sliding door, there will be sliding doors on the top and bottom like this sliding door. By providing a small dehumidifier with a shape that has a notch that fits into the groove of the dehumidifier, the general consumer who purchases it can open the sliding door of the top bag at the top of the closet to which it is installed by the required width. The above-mentioned small dehumidifier in the form of a sliding door can be easily attached by fitting the sliding door into the groove of the sliding door. In this way, the inside of the top bag can be dehumidified in that state. However, the inside of the closet cannot be dehumidified, so in order to dehumidify the inside of the closet, use a cutter to make a hole in the plywood board that separates the inside of the closet from the inside of the closet, and then connect the inside of the closet and the dehumidifier to the attached special dehumidifier. By connecting with a tube, the air inside the closet is guided to the dehumidifier, dehumidified while passing through the dehumidifier, and returned to the closet as dry air. By doing this, general consumers can install a dehumidifier for the closet by simply making a hole in the partition plate that separates the top bag from the closet.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the dehumidifying structure of a dry dehumidifier. Make two holes in the partition plate 1 of the room you want to dehumidify, and insert the dehumidifier 2 into the partition plate 1 by aligning the ventilation holes 3 and 3'.
During dehumidification operation, the flow path switching valves 4 and 4' are set to the position where the ventilation holes 3 and 3' are closed, and the built-in fan motor 5 takes in air from the closet through the air hole 8, and the heater 6, which is not energized, is When passing through the moisture absorbent material 7, the moisture is adsorbed by the moisture absorbent material 7, turned into dry air, and returned to the closet through the ventilation hole 8'. Since the moisture absorbing material 7 cannot absorb moisture exceeding its moisture absorption capacity, it is necessary to dehumidify it with high temperature air and regenerate it.

For this reason, during regeneration operation, the flow path switching valve 4,
4', as shown in FIG. 2, the built-in fan motor 5 takes in air from outside the closet through the ventilation hole 3, converts it into high-temperature air using the energized heater 6, and transfers this high-temperature air to the porous moisture-absorbing material 7. send it to pass. Since the air is at a high temperature, the moisture that was adsorbed by the moisture absorbent material 7 is now desorbed to the high temperature air side, and is discharged together with the air through the air hole 3' to the outside of the closet, and the moisture absorbent material is in a state where it can be adsorbed again. Restores moisture absorption capacity.

In this way, the present invention alternately switches dehumidification operation and regeneration operation and repeats them, thereby storing the dehumidified moisture in the moisture absorption material in the form of water molecules without converting it into water, and removing it from the room to be dehumidified. It dehumidifies the humidity in the room by moving the moisture to the room. The dehumidifier 2 may be installed inside or outside the partition plate 1, but in the case described above, since it was installed inside the room, the heater 6 was turned on at the position shown in FIG. However, if it is installed on the outside of the partition plate 1, the heater 6
is turned on, and the flow path switching valves 4 and 4' shown in FIG.
It is sufficient to turn off the heater 6 with ' closed.

Now, FIG. 3 is a front view of the dehumidifier 9 according to the present invention attached to a top bag in a typical house.
Shown below. After opening the sliding door 10 of the top bag to the required width and fitting the dehumidifier 9 there using the groove of the sliding door, close the sliding door 10 again so that a significant gap between the dehumidifier 9 and the dehumidifier 9 does not remain open. I'll keep it. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the dehumidifier 9 installed. In most cases, the partition plate that separates the closet and the top bag is simply a plywood board 11, so
Easily make holes 12, 12' in two places with a commercially available cutter knife, and then insert the bellows-shaped flexible tubes 13, 1 from there.
3' to the ventilation holes 8, 8' of the dehumidifier 9. Therefore, during dehumidification, the air inside the closet is taken into the dehumidifier 9, converted into dry air, and returned to the inside of the closet. When regenerated, the flow path switching valve (not shown) inside the dehumidifier is switched, and the air inside the living room is moved as shown in FIG. It takes in air, heats it up, dries and regenerates the moisture-absorbing material, and then returns it to the living room.

Further, when dehumidifying only the inside of the top bag instead of the inside of the closet, there is no need to make holes in the plywood board 11, and accordingly, there is no need for the flexible tubes 13, 13'.

One embodiment of the present invention has been described above with reference to the drawings, and this is a dedicated dehumidifier and has a notch 14 in the main body of the dehumidifier that fits into a sliding door groove similar to the sliding door of a top bag, but it can also be used for other purposes. In order to apply it to a closet as a general-purpose device that can also be used in a closet, there is a method of assembling a general-purpose dehumidifier 15 in advance to a sliding door-type mounting plate 16 as shown in Fig. 6 and using it as a sliding door, or a method of using a general-purpose dehumidifier 15 as a sliding door as shown in Fig. 7. It is also possible to install the dehumidifier 15 inside the closet and connect it to the sliding door type mounting plate 17 using flexible tubes 18, 18'.

Therefore, in the present invention, the air taken in and discharged from the ventilation holes is switched between the inside and outside of the partition plate 1 depending on whether hot air or cold air is passed through the moisture absorbing material 7 by the heater 6. The operation of the flow path switching valves 4, 4' and the timing of energization of the fan motor 5 for blowing air are controlled by a microcomputer to operate according to the memory and are automatically controlled to always keep the humidity below a certain level.
