However, since the pants disclosed in the publication do not have an absorbent material, they do not function as disposable diapers for infants or adults. Also,
When considering adding an absorbent body to this pant structure, since the elastic stretchable member can be expanded and contracted over the entire length, the absorbent body also deforms and the inseam part contracts when supplied as a product. Since the appearance of the product becomes extremely poor and the shape is not fixed, workability is poor when a plurality of products are housed in a packaging container.

On the other hand, in terms of the manufacturing method, a curved groove is formed on the nip roll so as to follow the circumference of the legs, and the elastic elastic member is guided by this groove while being fed, but when considering the actual manufacturing equipment. In this case, it is extremely difficult to control, and it cannot be applied in an embodiment in which an absorbent body is included.

The problem with the above-mentioned disposable diaper structure is that a semi-rigid absorbent body is enclosed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impermeable back sheet, leaving flaps formed by the sheets at least around the legs, and the diaper has an hourglass shape. In pants-type disposable diapers that are folded in the front-rear direction and have no fastening tape, both folded sides are fixed, from the front edge of one leg around the lower part of the product disposable diaper to the other leg. A first elastic stretchable member continuous to the front body end of one leg circumference, and a second elastic stretchable member continuous to the rear body end of the other leg circumference from the rear body end of one leg circumference around the lower part of the product disposable diaper. and substantially the entire leg portion of each elastic elastic member is extendably and contractably fixed at the flap portion;
Substantially in the portion where the absorbent body is located, the absorbent body is fixed to the backsheet in a substantially non-stretched state to the extent that it is not deformed, and each elastic stretchable member does not intersect at the lower part, and the leg flap This can be solved by making the parts continuous with each elastic stretchable member.

On the other hand, in the above example, the reason why both the first and second backsheets 2 and 6 are used instead of - backsheets is as follows.
This has the advantage that the elastic stretchable member can be fixed easily and reliably, and the use of the nonwoven fabric as the second backsheet 6 improves the appearance of the finished product. On the other hand, if the backsheet is made of a single plastic sheet such as polyethylene, it will look unsightly and have low commercial value. However, the present invention does not necessarily exclude this aspect. When using a single backsheet, it is desirable to use a so-called polylaminated nonwoven fabric, with the nonwoven fabric surface as the outer surface.

In the case of such an embodiment, during manufacturing, for example, as shown in FIG.
・To fix the first and second elastic elastic members 4.5 to the top sheet 1 at a slightly right portion of the right end of the absorbent body 3 in FIG. 8, and to further prevent lateral displacement. It was held down by the temporary fixing roll 23, and in this state was pulled outward from the center of the line by the gripping means 50.50, and downstream of this, a single back sheet 2A made of polylaminated nonwoven fabric was overlaid, and its inner surface was coated in advance. The first and second elastic elastic members 4 are attached using hot melt adhesive.
.. 5 can be fixed, and the absorbent body 3 can be covered with a top sheet.

In each of the above-mentioned facilities, the top and bottom may be reversed. Also, an elastic elastic member may be fixed to the tubsies 1 to 1 side. When the amount of expansion of the elastic stretchable member is small, it is also possible to make it resist tension by fixing it to the absorber 3.
