Nori nets are used to cultivate seaweed. This seaweed net and the leaf surface of the seaweed that grows on the seaweed net become dirty with floating matter such as seawater scale and garbage, so the treatment solution is applied two to three times between the times when the seaweed is picked. It is necessary to perform so-called liquid treatment, which involves immersing the product in water for a certain period of time and cleaning it. When treating seaweed nets with liquid, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points. That is, when treating seaweed nets with a liquid in a short period of time, the concentration of the treatment liquid must be low to achieve sufficient treatment. However, if the concentration of the treatment solution is increased, the seaweed that has been immersed for a long time will turn reddish brown and become hard when it becomes a product. This can lead to contamination and cause various problems. Therefore, in order to obtain a product of good quality and to prevent marine pollution, it is necessary to reduce the concentration of the processing solution and increase the processing time accordingly. By the way, regarding the liquid treatment of seaweed nets, a liquid tank filled with a treatment liquid is loaded onto a work boat, and the seaweed nets are pulled in from one side of the work boat, immersed in the treatment liquid in this liquid tank, and cleaned. The so-called pull-through method, in which the seaweed nets are sequentially sent out from the other side of the work boat, was proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-125254 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 1986-12525.
It is disclosed in Publication No. 58-116606. In the case of the above-mentioned drawing-through method, the concentration of the treatment liquid is usually set to be high in order to shorten the immersion time and increase work efficiency. For this reason, not only is it necessary to be careful in managing the immersion time, but there is also the risk that the treatment solution may pollute the ocean, causing various problems. In addition, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-9677, a seaweed net is placed on a float installed at the tip of a ship,
A method is disclosed in which the seaweed net on a float is cleaned by spraying liquid while moving the hull from one end of the seaweed net to the other end. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 74893/1983 discloses a system in which a sprayer is used to spray a liquid onto a seaweed net drawn into a ship. However, in either case, the treatment efficiency is lower than the method of immersing the seaweed net in a liquid tank, and not only is it difficult to obtain seaweed of sufficient quality, but the concentration of the treatment liquid must be made too high when scattering is taken into consideration. There is a problem of marine pollution.

By swinging about 75 as a fulcrum, the clutch plates 351 and 352 can be connected and disconnected. <<Operation>> FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing the installation state of the seaweed net. The operation will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7. In Figure 7, N1, N2, N3, N4, N
Reference numeral 5 is a seaweed net, which is installed parallel to the pillar P that is erected in the aquaculture area. The processing liquid is placed in the tank body 3 to a point where the take-up rollers 31 and 32 are sufficiently immersed therein. With the winding roller 31 on the advancing side (in the direction of the arrow), the work boat 2 is installed at the right end of the seaweed net N1, and is advanced from the right end to the left end. winding roller 31,
Disconnect both clutch devices 35 of 32,
Drives engine E. The seaweed net N1 is removed from the support P, and the end is attached to the winding roller 31. The clutch device 35 of the winding roller 31 is engaged and the winding roller 31 is driven. As a result, the seaweed net N1 is automatically wound up by the winding roller 31, and the work boat 2 also moves leftward in the figure. Note that, at this time, the clutch device 35 maintains the connected state. When the winding of the seaweed net N1 is completed, the clutch device 35 is disconnected, and the winding roller 31 is placed in a state where it can idle. Attach the end of the nori net N1 to the take-up roller 32, insert the clutch device 35 of the take-up roller 32 and rotate it, and then attach the nori net N1 to the take-up roller 31.
The film is then rewound onto the take-up roller 32. When the rewinding is completed, the clutch device 35 of the take-up roller 32 is disconnected to allow the take-up roller 32 to idle. Then, the work boat 2 is attached to the left end of the seaweed net N2 with the winding roller 31 on the advancing side. The seaweed net N2 is removed from the support and the end portion is attached to the winding roller 31. The clutch device 35 of the winding roller 31 is engaged and the winding roller 31 is driven. At the same time, the seaweed net N1 wound around the winding roller 32 is unwound and attached to the support instead of the seaweed net N2. When the winding of the seaweed net N2 and the installation of the seaweed net N1 are completed, the clutch device 3 of the winding roller 31 is
5 to make the winding roller 31 idle. Then, the end portion of the seaweed net N2 is attached to the winding roller 32, and the winding roller 32 is driven to rewind the seaweed net N2. Thereafter, in the same manner, the seaweed net N5 is wound up, rewound and subjected to liquid treatment. Finally, the seaweed net N5 is installed at the location where the seaweed net N1 was installed, and the liquid treatment work of the seaweed net is completed. Note that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention has the above configuration and has the following effects. (1) Since the seaweed net is wound up while being immersed in the treatment liquid, rewound, and then unwound, sufficient soaking time can be ensured, and the concentration of the treatment liquid can be reduced. Therefore, not only is it not necessary to pay much attention to the management of the soaking time, but also it is possible to prevent ocean pollution caused by the treatment liquid when the seaweed net immersed in the treatment liquid is placed in the sea. (2) Once the seaweed net has been rolled up, it is wound back onto another winding body, so when installing the seaweed net on the pole after washing, when removing the seaweed net from the pole, it should be pulled out from the part that was first stored in the tank. This eliminates the difference in immersion time between the starting end and the ending end of the seaweed net, and can prevent uneven liquid treatment. In addition, the seaweed net itself repeatedly absorbs and discharges the treatment liquid by winding, rewinding, and unwinding, so the treatment liquid is sufficiently permeated and the liquid treatment efficiency is high. (3) While winding up the seaweed net by driving one of the winding bodies with a prime mover, at the same time the clutch device of the other winding body is disengaged to unwind the seaweed net. It can be rolled out and installed. In other words, since two operations can be performed simultaneously, the efficiency of liquid treatment operations can be improved.
