であるか否かを判定する温度判定回路と、ヒータ
に供給される商用交流のゼロクロスのタイミング
を検出する電圧検出器と、温度判定回路が設定温
度以下であると判定した場合には、電圧検出器が
示すタイミングで半波の商用交流をヒータに供給
するための信号をヒータ電力制御回路に出力する
オンオフ制御回路とを具備していることを特徴と
