PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive electrostatic shielding transformer in which plating of a core is not necessary and its manufacture is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil wire 2, a secondary coil wire 3 and an electrostatic shielding coil wire 4 are simultaneously wound on a toroidal core 1 so as to interpose the wire 4 for forming an electrostatic shielding coil between the wire 2 for forming a primary coil and the wire 3 for forming a secondary coil thereby to constitute an electrostatic shielding transformer.
