[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial field of application) The invention of the present application relates to the extension of power transmission lines, and is particularly concerned with rollers used for the extension of optical fiber composite overhead ground wires (hereinafter referred to as OPGW). It is related to.

(Prior art and problems) As a wire extension carrier used for OPGW wire extension, as previously disclosed by the applicant,
In multiple tower spans, the tower support points of the old ground line are supported using special supporting metal fittings.
In some cases, the carrier carrying the OPGW and sliding on the old ground line passed through the support fittings, allowing the line to be extended over the entire length of the line without damaging the line. However, the span of the line was not always straight, and since it was often located in mountainous areas, it was inevitable that the line would sway horizontally and vertically.

Therefore, the support metal fittings supporting the old ground line on each intermediate steel tower were angled horizontally or vertically, or in both directions.

When the carrier as shown in Figs. 3 and 4 approaches this intermediate support fitting (Fig. 5), both rotary plates 4,
Of the two guide bodies held between the two guide bodies 4, the lower guide body roller 6 holds the OPGW, and the upper guide body roller 6 rides the old ground line GW, and it is pulled by the connecting rope R and advances. However, it is possible that the upper guide roller 6 may derail from the old ground line GW, so in order to prevent derailment when the angle of the line at the intermediate support point changes, a Derailment is prevented by providing the narrow groove 2 and lowering the friction coefficient of the other roller groove 1 surface compared to the inside of the narrow groove 2, so that the old ground wire can fit into the narrow groove 2 more easily than the groove 1 surface. It is something to do. After the carrier extends the OPGW to the end of the span, the tension of the old ground line GW in the upper position is relaxed, the tension of the OPGW in the lower position is increased, the upper and lower lines are reversed, and then, The narrow grooves similarly function effectively when the old ground line is removed by a group of carriers mounted on the OPGW, and furthermore, the coating of the urethane resin 3 in the narrow grooves 2 prevents damage to the OPGW.

(Example) A roller 6 with a substantially drum-shaped side surface is formed by molding nylon resin, and a U-shaped narrow groove 2 is further provided at the center of the bottom of the groove 1 of the roller 6, and the inside of the narrow groove 2 is filled with urethane resin 3. It is constructed by covering it with.

Re-support the old ground wire support points of each steel tower within the extension span with intermediate support fittings HG, and pull down the support cables of the wire rope tower to the old ground wire ends of the towers at both ends to the engine field and drum field on the ground, respectively. The OPGW is held in the lower guide body from the side, and a group of carriers connected by connecting ropes at predetermined intervals is pulled by a towing rope or self-propelled machine, and reaches the support metal fitting of the steel tower with a horizontal angle in the middle. Since the direction in which it is pulled and the direction in which the following carrier group is pulled are different, the roller of the guide body held in the narrow groove of the old ground line and mounted on it pulls the old ground line, which is bent into a dogleg shape, into the narrow groove 2. Groove 1
It will be pushed upwards. In this state, when it is further pulled past the doglegged point, the old ground line GW becomes straight again, so it slides through the hard nylon resin groove 1 and falls into the narrow groove 2 coated with urethane resin. The sliding surface is limited to the narrow groove 2, and it slides smoothly on the old ground line.

In the same way, after the leading edge of the carrier group passes through the support point and reaches the final end, the tension on the old ground line at the upper position is relaxed, and the tension at the OPGW at the lower position is increased to reverse both lines. However, at this time, the group of carriers is naturally also reversed, and derailment from the narrow groove of both lines can be seen on the roller of the guide body of each carrier, but immediately after the reversal, the nylon resin groove 1 It slides on the slope and fits into the narrow groove 2 coated with urethane resin 3. After the reversal was completed, the carriers mounted on the OPGW, which was in the upper position, and holding the old ground line GW, which was in the lower position, were removed, but the same action was taken at the intermediate tower position.
The OPGW is placed in a narrow groove and slid on the platform to remove it.

(Effect of the invention) By using the roller having the narrow groove 2 in the groove part 1 as described above, the carrier B can carry out the wire extension while holding the wire in a stable posture at all times, and the continuous leading self It also works to stabilize the posture of the running machine and the following brake, and is held in the carrier.
Minimally prevents twisting of OPGW and has thin grooves 2
The wire that has derailed from the inside is in the hard nylon resin groove 1.
The OPGW slides inside and fits into the narrow groove 2, and the OPGW is not damaged in the narrow groove 2 coated with urethane resin 3, and the wires are less likely to be damaged. This produces the optimum effect for wire extension.
