Claims

a latch for locking the seat cushion in a horizontal position by engaging a striker fixed to a rear bottom surface of the seat cushion on the vehicle floor; and a latch provided at the rear of the seat cushion and connected to the rocking piece via a cable. A seat cushion unlocking mechanism comprising an operating lever for operating a swinging piece and operating the latch in the unlocking direction.
