[Problems to be solved with the idea] However, a molded product made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride or foam rubber coated with luminescent paint was glued to the top surface of the tread, which had a natural wood board attached to the base material and a surface decoration applied. The design was extremely poor compared to natural wood boards, and the light source of the night paint was weak, making it unsatisfactory for safety when walking at night.

[Means for solving the problem] This invention was made to solve the above problem, and its structure uses plywood, LVL, particle board, etc. as a base material, and adhesive is applied to the surface of the base material. In a stair tread made of a natural wood board pasted through a base material, a recess is provided on the surface of the base material, a surface light emitter is fitted and glued into the recess, and a natural wood board is attached to the top surface of the recess through an adhesive. This relates to attached stair treads.

The upper surface has a width of 20 to 50 mm and a depth of 1 to 3 mm.
Cut out a recess with a length of 10 to 1000 mm using a cutting machine such as a planer. Although the position of cutting out the recess is arbitrary, it is safer to embed the surface light emitter in the nosing of the tread when using stairs. Then, a surface light emitting body 1 having the same dimensions as this recess and a conductor wire at the end is fitted and glued, and a natural wood board made of hardwood such as oak or zelkova that has a large conduit hole on the top surface or a back crack that penetrates to the surface is inserted and glued. Adhesive boards are made of many natural coniferous trees using adhesive.

The conductor of the surface light emitter may be connected to a switch that is usually attached to the stairs and can be turned on and off at the upper and lower floors. In addition, sensors such as phototubes may be installed on the upper and lower floors to turn on and off the light, or the light may be emitted for a certain period of time after sensing by the sensor, and the means for doing so may be arbitrary.

[Function] In this invention, a recess is provided on the upper surface of the substrate, a surface light emitter is buried in the recess, and a natural wood board made of hardwood such as oak or zelkova, which has a conduit groove with a large hole diameter on the upper surface, or a board that penetrates to the surface. The purpose of attaching a natural coniferous wood board with many linings is to allow the light emitted by the surface light emitter to pass through the conduit grooves and cracks in the back to the surface.

[Example] A concave portion with dimensions of 1000 x 20 x 2 mm was cut with a planer in the upper surface of the board 2 made of plywood with dimensions of 1000 x 240 x 40 mm. Then, in the recess, an electroluminescence element having the same dimensions and shape as the recess of the base material 2, 1000 x 20 x 2 mm, and having an electrode layer, a light emitting layer, and an electrode layer with a conductor wire 4 at the longitudinal end, laminated in this order was used. The surface light emitter 1 was embedded and bonded so that the conductive wire 4 came out from the end of the substrate 2. Then, a 0.3 mm thick oak board 3 backed with Japanese paper was adhered to the upper surface, longitudinal side surfaces, and the following lower surface of about 50 mm using a modified vinyl acetate resin adhesive. Then,
The surface of the board was polished and colored, and an undercoat containing an anti-friction agent and a transparent topcoat were applied to obtain a tread board in which a surface light emitter was embedded.

[Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, the stair tread of this invention has a concave part in the base material, a surface light emitter is fitted into it, and a natural wood board made of hardwood such as oak or zelkova has a large conduit groove on the top surface. Since the board is made of natural coniferous wood with many linings that penetrate to the surface, when walking at night, the light emitted by the surface illuminator passes through the conduit grooves and cracks in the back and illuminates the surface, making the treads clearly visible. It's safe next door.
