アキユムレータ10の一端が当接するようになつ
ており、該アキユムレータ10は本実施例ではス
プリング11で構成され、該スプリング11はプ
レツシヤプレート3と当接する作動板12に一端
が固着され、他端は後述するアキユムレータ位置
補正装置のボールスクリユー16の先端に固着さ
れた板13に固着されている。また、上記作動板
12にはガイドロツト14a,14bが固着さ
れ、該ガイドロツト14a,14bは上記板13
に設けられたガイド孔15a,15bを貫通し摺
動自在となつている。上記ボールスクリユー16
には周面に歯車17が形成されたボールナツト1
8が螺合しており、サーボモータM2の駆動軸に
固着された歯車19と上記歯車17が噛み合つて
いる。そして、これらサーボモータM2、歯車1
7,19、ボールナツト18、ボールスクリユー
16でアキユムレータ位置補正装置を構成してい
る。なお、スクリユー1を回転させる回転機構は
本発明の要旨ではないので省略し図示していな

プレツシヤプレート3を前進させれば、上記スプ
リング11に蓄積されていた反発力が射出開始時
瞬間的に重畳され、プレツシヤプレート3及びス
クリユー1は高速、高圧で軸方向に移動し射出す
ることとなる。次に、計量時にはサーボモータM
2を逆転させてボールスクリユー16及びスプリ
ング11、作動板12を後退させると共にスクリ
ユー1を回転させ、成形材料の溶融によりスクリ
ユー1が後方に押圧され、それをサーボモータM
1により一定背圧を加えながら、プレツシヤプレ
ート3及びスクリユー1を計量点まで後退させ
