管の鍔部に装着したブツシユを通して当該鍔部並
びにアダプタの鍔部を壁面に固定する固定具と、
上記蒸気導入管に連通して取付けた裏カバー並び
に裏カバーと共に蒸気の流通空間を形成する蒸気
噴出口を設けた外装カバーとを備え、上記アダプ
タと蒸気導入管の少なくとも一方の挿入部分の基
端側の外径をその先端側より大径としたことを特
