【従来の技術】東洋医学の分野では、耳の前面と、身体
の各部とは、絡脈(通じていること)しており、図1に

験則上判明している(尚、図1では、黒丸によって身体
の絡脈している各部を示しているが、これらは何れも壷
31の存在している場所を示している。)。そして東洋
治療方法の内には、これ等の壷部分を鍼によって刺激し
、対応する身体の各部(例えば胃、腸、心臓等の臓器、
気管支等の呼吸通路、血管、手足等のあらゆる部分)の
治療を行なう手法が存在している。無論このような治療
方法自体は、近年注目され、極めて優れたものではある
が、専門の鍼灸医に委ねればならず、日常生活に於いて
簡単にこのような治療が受けられる訳ではない。 他方、安眠、防水等に於いて、耳孔に挿入する耳栓は、
市販されているが、従来の耳栓はこのような耳の壷を刺
激することによって人体の各部の治療又は改善等とは全
く無縁のものであった。

合成ゴムであるが、良好な素材として、シリコンゴム、
スポンジ、又は柔軟で且つ弾性を有しているグラスファ
イバー等が考えられるが、本願の耳栓はこれ等の素材に
限定される訳ではない。そして、耳の全面の各壷の部位
に当接又は近接する為、図2、図3では、それぞれ磁石
2が耳栓表面に設けられている。使用する磁石としては
、図4に示すように永久磁石2を耳栓の表面に埋め込む
実施例又は図5に示すように電磁石2を耳栓表面に埋め
込み、使用時には導電させる実施例などが存在する。前
記構成の耳栓を耳の前面3に当接又は近接した場合、耳
栓の表面に分布している磁石2による磁気は、耳穴に於
いて分布している身体の各部に絡脈している壷31を刺
激し、延ては身体の各部に対し鍼治療と同じような刺激
を、少しずつ与えることになる。
