兼用ヘツド(以下単に録音再生ヘツドと呼びヘツ
ド一般を表わす)で、ヘツド取付板7上に取付け
られている。9は摺動板6上に設けられたヘツド
高さ規制ピン、10はヘツドアジマス(左右方向
の傾き)調整ねじ、11はヘツド取付ねじ、12
はヘツド取付兼あおり(前後方向傾き)調整ね
じ、13は座金、14はヘツド取付板7と座金1

取付板7の左端を下向きに押している。15はあ

プ巻付角が決定されるとともにテープガイドピン
3,4の垂直度によつてアジマスずれを生ずる。
このヘツド8のアジマス調整はねじ10によつて
調整することができ、またあおり調整はねじ12
によつて調整することができるが、しかし一度調
整してもテープカセツト2をA面,B面と差しか
えて使用したとき或は正転と反転とで依然として
アジマスずれを生じ、従つて再生出力差,出力変
動等が大きくなるという欠点があつた。

調整可能に取付けたもので、これによりテープ走
行を安定させることのできるものである。

で座金22とテープ走行規制部材支持板16との
間に設けられ同支持板16の左端を下向きに押し
ている。24は前記支持板16に設けられたテー
プ走行規制部材17,18のあおり調整ねじ、2
5は摺動板6とテープ走行規制部材支持板16と
の間に設けられたばねである。第3図はその側面
図である。第4図は磁気テープ5とテープ走行規
制部材17,18との関係を示す正面図である。

をチエツクしその左右高さ、即ちねじ20により
左右方向の傾き調整とねじ23によるあおり方向
の調整を行い、次に録音再生ヘツド8をヘツド取
付板7ととものテープ走行規制部材支持板16上
に取付けてテープを走行させ、録音再生ヘツド8
のあおりをねじ12によつて調整し、次いでテス
トテープを収納したテープカセツトを再生してア
ジマスをねじ10によつて調整する。これらの調
整に際してはテープカセツトのA面時,B面時と
も或は正転時,反転時ともテープエツジが第4図
に示すようにテープ走行規制部材17,18の同
じ規制部と当接しながら走行するように録音再生
ヘツド8のあおりを調整してやればテープカセツ
ト2のテープガイドピン3,4の垂直度の影響を
受けることなく極めて安定したテープ走行から得
られるものである。もちろんテープ走行規制部材
17,18のテープ規制部の巾をテープ巾と等し
いかわずかに大き目にしてやることで上下方向の
位置規制ができるものである。

発明の効果 以上のように本発明は内奥左右に一対のテープ
ガイドピンを有するテープカセツトの開口部か
ら、両テープガイドピン間に録音再生ヘツドとと
もに進入する一対のテープ走行規制部材を設ける
とともに、少くとも録音再生ヘツドをあおり方向
に調整可能に取付けたもので、これによればテー
プカセツトに設けられたテープガイドピンの影響
を受けることなく極めて良好なテープ走行が得ら
れ、テープカセツトの性能のバラツキを吸収する
とともに互換性を向上させることのできるもの
で、優れたヘツド装置を実現できるものである。
