When the food to be cooked is placed in the container of the heating cooker and the food is heated by the heat generated by the energized heater, the heat generated by the heater is released from the entire circumference of the heater and then from the top surface of the heater. The amount of heat is used to cook the food through the container, but the amount of heat released from the bottom of the heater has the disadvantage of increasing the temperature of the exterior body and floor surface on which the container is placed, and is wasted amount of heat. This will reduce the thermal efficiency of the cooking device.

In order to achieve the above purpose, a container is placed on the top surface, and a heat-resistant material such as stainless steel paint is applied to the back side of the heating surface of a heater that heats the container by energizing, or to the back side of the heating surface of a hot plate that has a heater. And a coated film of metal paint with heat insulating properties was provided.

When electricity is applied to the heater of the cooking device configured as described above, the heater that emits heat or the bottom surface of the hot plate containing the heater is coated with a metal paint that has high heat insulation properties, so that wasteful heat is not released. The amount of heat used to heat the container containing the food to be cooked increases accordingly, and the thermal efficiency of the cooking device improves.

A laminated film is formed, and there is no deterioration, peeling, or cracking of the coating film, and it is corrosion resistant.
It has excellent abrasion resistance, particularly the property of reflecting light and heat, and has extremely low thermal conductivity.
