(Prior Art) Conventionally, as this type of mobile shelf, rails are laid on the floor, rolling wheels guided along the rails are attached to the lower part of the cart, and the rolling wheels are guided along the rails. A rail-type movable shelf is known in which the cart is moved by being guided.
When moving the cart and loading/unloading cargo onto/from the shelf frame using a forklift, etc.
There have been cases where the rails have been in the way, making it impossible to smoothly load and unload cargo using the forklift or the like.

Therefore, we previously published Utility Model Application No. 61-21321 (Utility Model Application No. 62
-134433), etc., the trackless type of movement that makes the floor surface flat without laying rails etc. so that cargo can be smoothly loaded and unloaded by the forklift etc. This movable shelf consists of a pair of shelf frames equipped with multiple shelves on the top of the cart, with their back sides facing each other, and a floor on the bottom of the cart. While installing a grounding wheel that runs in contact with the surface, a guide rail is installed on the side stationary member of the truck, and a guide roller guided along the guide rail is installed on the side of the truck, and each of the shelf frames The cart is moved by guiding the guide rollers along the guide rails while receiving the load of the luggage stored thereon by the grounding wheels.

By the way, in the trackless type movable shelf as described above, a pair of shelf frames are arranged on the trolley, and cargo is stored in each shelf frame, and the trolley is moved or stopped. There is a risk that the respective shelf frames may be mutually deformed and distorted due to the weight of the cargo or the inertial force that acts when the trolley moves or stops. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of this distortion, It is necessary to connect each shelf frame with a brace or the like to strengthen the tension and compressive strength of each shelf frame.

Therefore, in providing the braces between the shelf frames without interfering with the loading and unloading of cargo into and out of the shelf frames, the shelf frames are arranged so that the back sides thereof face each other to the cart. Using a connecting body with mounting plates at both ends, each mounting plate of this connecting body is fixed to the back side of each shelf frame, and the intermediate part of the connecting body is fixed to the back side of each shelf frame. The idea was to connect the back sides of the shelf frames with the braces, by attaching the braces to the parts, without the braces interfering with the loading and unloading of cargo into the shelf frames.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the trackless type movable shelf as described above, an uneven load tends to occur at the attachment site of the brace and the connecting body for the following reasons, and this uneven load There has been a problem in that metal fatigue occurs at an early stage in the mounting portion due to repeated exposure, resulting in damage to the mounting portion.

In other words, it is desirable that the floor surface on which the grounding wheel touches the ground is completely flat, but it is extremely difficult to make the entire floor surface flat due to construction technology, and the floor surface may have some unevenness. Therefore, the weight of the cargo stored in each shelf frame causes the truck to deform in accordance with the shape of the floor surface, and this deformation creates a bias between the connecting body and the brace. In addition, when a heavy object is stored in each of the shelf frames, the deformation of the shelf frame due to the heavy object also causes the above-mentioned gap between the connecting body and the brace to be applied. In addition, even when the cart is moved or stopped with cargo stored in each of the shelf frames, an uneven load due to inertia acts between the connecting body and the brace. As a result, repeated exposure to these unbalanced loads caused metal fatigue to occur at an early stage at the attachment site between the connecting body and the brace.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to connect the braces by interposing an elastic member in the middle of the brace and absorbing the unbalanced load with the elastic member. To provide a trackless movable shelf that can be used for a long period of time by preventing metal fatigue from occurring at the attachment site to the body.

(Function) When an unbalanced load occurs between the connecting body 9 and the brace 10, this unbalanced load is transferred to the divided ends 10a, 10b of the brace 10.
This is absorbed by the elastic member 30 interposed therebetween, and therefore, occurrence of metal fatigue in the connecting body 8 due to repetition of the uneven load is prevented.

As described above, the compression spring 3 is attached to the middle part of the brace 10.
0 is installed, for example, if the floor surface on which the grounding wheel 2 is grounded has an uneven displacement surface, the weight of the cargo stored in each of the shelf frames 3 causes the trolley 1 to move over the floor surface. Even if an unbalanced load is generated between the connecting body 9 and the brace 10 due to this deformation, this unbalanced load will be caused by It is absorbed by the expansion or compression within a certain range of the compression spring 30 interposed between the spring receiving plate 35, and therefore, the connection of the brace 10 caused by the repeated action of the unbalanced load is absorbed. Metal fatigue does not occur at the attachment site to the body 9, and rattling and breakage of the attachment site can be prevented for a long period of time.

In this case, both split ends 10a and 10b of the brace body 11 are bent into a hook shape, and the hook parts 30a and 30b at both ends of the tension spring 30 are hooked onto each of the split ends 10a and 10b, so that the tension A spring 30 is interposed between both divided ends 10a and 10b, and this tension spring 30 is attached to the turnbuckle 14.
By adjusting the length of the spring 30, the spring 30 is used in a state where it is extended by approximately 1/2 of the tension stroke.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the trackless movable shelf of the present invention has
A pair of shelf frames 3, 3 arranged on the upper part of the truck 1 with their back sides facing each other are connected by a plurality of connecting bodies 9, and a brace 10 is installed between the connecting bodies 9, 9.
, and the middle part of the brace 10 is divided, and the elastic member 30 is interposed between the two divided ends 10a and 10b, so that there is no bias between the connecting body 9 and the brace 10. When a load occurs, this uneven load is absorbed by the elastic member 30 interposed in the middle part of the brace 10.
Therefore, by repeating the unbalanced load, the connecting body 9
This prevents metal fatigue from occurring at the attachment site between the brace 10 and the brace 10, making it possible to use it for a long period of time.
