する平板部と、躯体の外側面にほゞ平行する垂直板部と
を有し、該垂直板部の躯体側には係合片を設けると共に
下縁には上記受部の係止片に係合可能な係止部を設けて
なり、上記押え金具は、本体との間に防水層の端部を挟
着する挟着部を有すると共にカバー部材の係合片に係合
可能な係合部を設けてなり、上記本体を固定手段により
躯体に固定して対向面部と躯体の外側面との間に空間を
形成し、この固定した本体と押え金具との間に防水層の
端部を挟着しながら止着手段により押え金具を本体に止
着し、カバー部材の平板部を防水層の上面に当接させる
と共に弾性変形させることにより、上記止着した押え金
具の係合部にカバー部材の係合片を、受部の係止片にカ
バー部材の係止部を夫々係合させて、カバー部材を被着
