換え煮込みを開始する。又適当な時に、出来具合
いを見ながらカレー、シチユー等はルーを加え、
更に出力を調整しながら、加熱を行うという工程
が必要でありその度に出力を調整する煩わしさが
あつた。又煮込み中の500〜400Wの時は連続通電
のため鍋底の焦げ目が発生しやすく時々かくはん
を行う必要があつた。
