Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit the confirmation of the inserting direction of a magnetic card and to decrease the card inserting mistakes by forming the card in a circular shape. CONSTITUTION:A circular magnetic card 2 is carried to a magnetic card rotary drive part 5 by a magnetic card transfer part 4 through a card insenting/ejecting slot 3. Then the card 2 is revolution by the part 5 and the data are written and read by a magnetic head 6. When the due processing is completed with the card 2, the card is ejected through the slot 3. Thus it is not required to confirm the inserting direction of the card 2 owing to its circular shape. Then the card inserting mistakes can be decreased.
