【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、食品等を包装する充填包装方法にお
いて、蓋材内面に防曇処理等を施す方法に関す
る。

(従来技術) 従来より成形トレイに食品等を充填して、これ
に長尺の蓋材を重ねてトレイ周縁でシール密封す
る充填包装方法がある。この方法で包装された包
装体は、例えば内容物が生肉の場合、冷蔵シヨー
ケース内での陳列販売時、生肉に含まれる水分の
凝縮で蓋材内面が白く曇り、商品外観が損われる
のを防止するために界面活性剤等の防曇処理剤を
練り込んだフイルムを蓋材の内面に積層したもの
が用いられていた。(特開昭59−74008号公報) (発明が解決すべき問題点) この場合用いられる練り込みフイルムは一般に
言うポリエチレンやポリ塩化ビニル等のストレツ
チフイルムであるが、これを積層して用いること
で少からずコスト高になるという難点がある。こ
の点を解決する方法としては前述のようなフイル
ムを積層せずに、防曇剤等の処理剤を蓋材内面に
直接塗布した蓋材を用いる方法が考えられるが、
処理剤が蓋材のシール部分に塗布されるとシール
不良を生じるという問題点があつた。

でシール密封する充填包装方法において、蓋材を
巻き出してトレイと重ね合せるまでの工程中で、
蓋材内面のシール面を除く部分に防曇剤等の処理
剤を塗布するようにしたことを特徴とする充填包
装方法である。
