Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely connect water pipes by connecting lead tubes to a tube fitting by means of external and internal threads without making soldering irrespective of the diameters and material of the tubes and tube fitting. CONSTITUTION:This water pipe installing structure is composed of a plurality of water pipes, external thread members, and tube fittings and flanges 5 are formed at the end sections of lead tubes 1 and 4 having different diameters by means of a flange forming device 16 and a tamping 17 after external thread members 2 and 9 are passed through the end sections of the lead tubes 1 and 4. A tube fitting 3 is connected to the tubes 1 and 4, with the smaller-diameter fitting section 10 of the fitting 3 being connected with the external thread member 2 of the tube 1 with a packing in between and larger-diameter fitting section 11 with the external thread section 9 of the tube 4 with a packing in between. Thus the connection between a lead tube and tube fitting is performed by using the threads without making soldering irrespective of the diameter and material of the pipe to be connected to the lead tube. Therefore, water pipe installing work can be performed surely by workers having no much experiences and the general usefulness of this structure can be improved.
